Ho acquistato uno stivaletto rouchette il 20 ottobre ,dopo sollecito mi è stato consegnato il 10 novembre (tempi di consegna più veloci comprando da un sito cinese)oltretutto modello diverso da quello ordinato. Dopo aver contattato il servizio clienti mi propongono un reso o un buono sconto di dieci euro su un prossimo acquisto (che poi mi comunicano che il buono è solo di 6 euro che non importa anche perche non acquisterò mai più nulla da ducatillon). Venditore veramente poco affidabile e sconsigliatissimo. Guardando su altri siti trovo lo stesso prodotto ad un miglior prezzo e consegna in tre giorni. Vergognoso
