Took 4 months from order to goods being dispatched, i had to chase Motostorm constantly for updates and when finally shipped received an import bill from UPS for £50 on a £176 order. Buyer beware. Goods arriving tomorrow !!!!!!

Dear Sir, We're sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our service. Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. We indicate this on our website and also before you confirmt he order at checkout. We are based in the European comunity. As you are from an extra Eu country yuo do not pay Vat on our website by your goverment do ask you to pay these costs when the parcel arrives to you. Its true that there was a production delay with the ordered item, we sent different emails regarding this delay.

Ci dispiace non è soddisfatto del nostro servizio. Non abbiamo trovato tracce della Sua richiesta di aiuto nel fare l'ordine pero confermiamo che i guanciali che ha ordinato sono intercambiabili non importa la taglia o lo spessore, invece la calotta non lo è e dipende della taglia del casco. Se ha qualche problema nel installarli può conttatare il nostro servizio clienti via mail o telefono. Se preferisce rendere l'articolo non c'è problema dal momento che è ancora nuovo e con imballagio originale. Facendo la richiesta di reso sul nostro sito potrà prenotare il ritiro gratuito con Bartolini e provvederemo a fare il rimborso del articolo reso.

Male...Dopo avermi comunicato il giorno prima che mi avrebbero consegnato il pacco invece il giorno stesso della consegna mi hanno comunicato che non lo avrebbero consegnato..ho così sprecato la mattinata avendola organizzata per ricevere il pacco! Disservizio e disagio

Ci dispiace se ha avuto un problema con Suo ordine. Abbiamo spedito nelle tempistiche indicate sul sito, purtroppo c'è stato un ritardo di consegna dalla parte del corriere probabilmente per via dello sciopero del 11/04 che ha causato degli disturbi nelle varie sede. Hanno provato a consegnare il 12/04 ma senza successo. Verrà conttatato dal nostro servizio cliente cosi potrà comunicare le Sue istruzioni per gestire la riconsegna o il reso al mittente. Ci scusiamo per il disagio.

I received my new jacket and it was the right jacket but wrong color combo, I would send it back and exchange it for the correct one but I live in the USA and with international shipping there no telling how long the process would take. So i have decided to go with the one they sent.

I ordered a helmet and its still
Not arrived its taking very long ups keeps sending me information that’s its delayed and that my area is to far but i live in a city and ups drives by every day ! So a bit disappointed

Product is good, but there are hidden shipment cost (+ 42 EUR) on top on the one showed during the purchasing process. For a declared 170 EUR stuff, I totally paid 67 EUR shipping cost which is indeed too much. At the end, the tota price will be even more expensive than buying it in a shop.

As your country is not part of the european comunity you do not pay Vat on our website buit you are asked by your customs to pay taxes and duties on delivery. We state this on our website and also on the confirmation email that you recieve after placing the order.
