The order was placed on the 3rd of May and it was shipped on the 7th of May, respecting shipping times.
The courier is late with the delivery. You can track the order and verify the arrival date with the link you received when we shipped the order to you.

In fase di ordine non so come è stata scelta la taglia sbagliata. Nel cambio taglia si erano dimenticati di spedirmi il nuovo capo
Salve, siamo dispiaciuti che lei ha ordinato i pantaloni sbagliati. Il cambio taglia va in spedizone oggi pomeriggio, a breve ti mandiamo i dati per tracciare il pacco. Non ci sono stati dimenticanze. Dovresti ricevere i pantaloni a breve.

Very poor service! Do not buy from them without protection like PayPal! Order was supposed to ship in 24 hours and 3 weeks later still not even tracking number. Ask them to cancel transaction and no reply. Ended up filing a claim with PayPal!
Unfortunately the boots were not available in store. We had to order them from our suppliers and there were delays due to production. In the meantime as requested your order has been cancelled and refunded. Motostorm apologizes for any inconvenience caused.

Hello, your order was placed on the 31st of March and our website indicate 7/8 business days required for shipment; it was shipped on the 10th of April with FedEx; they haven't delivered it yet and do not have a set date; we have contacted them asking for more information regarding the delivery date.
We apologize for this inconvenience; we will do everything that is possible to solve this problem as soon as possible.

My order was PAID and CONFIRMED on 6 April. You DID ship it out on 11 April, as per Promised. Thanks. And that’s all that worked well.
The fedex tracking system mentioned I will receive the package on 17 April. From Italy to Bucharest, Romania in 6 days seams ok. Then, I’ve got informed my Package in somewhere in England. Then, my Order reached some city in Germany. Then, “No date of delivery acailable”.
Now, evening of 19 April, I am wondering if I will receive anything, not when.
So, a parcel departing from Italy to Romania, needs to pas by England, then by Germany and who knows how many other countries yo reach Bucharest. So far, we passed 9 days from shipping and no idea when I will receive it. I guess even by postal service or by bike, in 9 days I should have received it.
Your service seams ok, but your delivery sucks. I’ve got faster deliveries even from China.

We are very sorry for this inconvenience. We have reported the problem to fedex and at the moment we are waiting for them to provide an update on the delivery schedule. If for any reason the shipent cannot be delivered we will send you on a second shipment as soon as possibile.

Product description is not accurate. Recently bought Unit Garage Mirror Nine-t Scrambler Mirror. Description specifically states, "It comes complete with aluminum bar end and mounting screw (can not be mounted with the original plastic bar ends). This kit (cod 2003_01) contains: an aluminum bar end with screw and one mirror with a 72 mm diameter." Picture even shows this. I purchased 2, not cheap, and only came with mirrors. No aluminum bar ends or screws. Poor, poor form Motostorm and Unit Garage.

tracciabilità inesistente
Abbiamo spedito con BRT e abbiamo inviato la mail con il link per il tracking. BRT però aggiorna le spedizioni del giorno solo in tarda serata.
