shipping to the USA take 5 to 6 days with Fedex from Italy. We shipped your order on the 29/11 it was delivered on 7/12. It took 6 days, there were no delays. Quick deliverry. But something was broken wven though I bought brand new one. And no useful support could not be provided for my notification of that incident.

Purtroppo non mi sono trovato bene, avevo urgenza di un ricambio per un casco, il materiale lo dava disponibile in 2 giorni spedito dopo qualche giorno non arriva niente, mando un messaggio e mi dicono almeno 8 giorni lavorativi. Ripiego su un altro cosa l'ordine.
Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un problema di consegna dal fornitore, abbiamo cercato di avvertirla il più tempestivamente possibile.

Super Slow shipping. In the past I have ordered here and the shipping was quick to the USA. The last 2 orders I placed took a week before they were even shipped, even though the website said the items were in stock ready to ship. And now delivery will be an additional 9 days?? Not acceptable, will not be ordering from here again. It's too bad, I've had good experiences in the past.....
This delay is due to the summer closure of most suppliers in august.
