I asked that UPS delivery man call me on the phone before delivering the package at home. They did not. I had to pick it up at a delivery point that was a disaster and I had to go twice because they couldn't find it the first time. Nothing funny!

Look and style wise the helmet is undoubtedly the best helmet. But when it comes to the quality of the visor and chin guard, I reckon it is not built to offer any protection. The helmet is pretty light so good for long summer rides. But I would recommend to go for a size larger than your usual one. Overall, I would rate it 3.5 out of 5.

My order was actually a replacement part. Unfortunately I requested the part during the holiday break. When I got in touch with customer service, I was given a price in euros understandably. I used the conversion rate calculator to determine what is to be paid in USD. The figure I came up with was different than what was sent to me on an invoice by (7) seven USD. I sent an email to motostorm representative Andrea to question the amount. She indicated "the system" calculated the amount. I then made a phone call to speak with Andrea personal to inform her that I believe I was being over charged. She indicated that "the system" gives the amount and that there was nothing she could do. I explained to her that I have done many transactions in many differny currencies and that the conversion is always correct and if she would ask her management to evaluate this transaction. She indicated that she works there at Motostorm, (which I already knew( and that she can not go to her management and raise the question regarding "the system" and she added that I was welcome to not follow through with my order,..as if I didn't know that either. It is my belief that Andrea was dismissive of my concers and dispute of the charges and offered no real solution other than to give me a "Take it or leave it" type of attitude. I found this unsettling but I didn't want to argue back and forth with her and just paid the amount. To add insult to injury Andrea didn't request the hardware needed with my replacement part which was the carbon fiber exhaust shield that fell off of my Termignoni exhaust system. The reason it fell off is due to the "hardware" coming loose. It's common sense that is needed. When I informed her that she didn't order it, she claimed I didn't request it. I sent her my original email that clearly stated I needed the hardware, she claimed she didn't get that email. Then how did she know I requested the carbon shield? I'm sure Andrea is a good employee, she just failed in my opinion with my particular order. I spoke with Andrea regarding the hardware and I have not gotten a response going on two weeks now. I won't be bothering her again and I understand she won't be getting the hardware for me.

Molto buona la qualità ma si è staccata la retina dello scarico da sola e non sono riuscito a recuperarla, aspetto una risposta all'email che ho mandato in data 8 febbraio
