La tempistica, in relazione alla concorrenza, è il tallone di Achille. I tempi per la spedizione vanno decisamente accorciati.

I ordered the items on 22.02. and not on 08.03. and had to follow up 14days later, as I didn't receive a dispatch notice, though the order was confirmed on 22.02. Someone internally stuffed up. Quality endurance could ensure packing and distribution happens pronto, not after the customer chases the order (14days after).
Otherwise transport with FedEx was topclass and goods arrived well as ordered in excellent condition.

Materiali molto buoni ma lunga attesa nel ricevere l ordine

I asked that UPS delivery man call me on the phone before delivering the package at home. They did not. I had to pick it up at a delivery point that was a disaster and I had to go twice because they couldn't find it the first time. Nothing funny!
