Bought a topbox. Site recommended a plate which did not fit my bike. Other than that, shipping was fast and good.

My previous orders would have been Excellent, however, on this occasion I was not informed that the item was not in stock. I had to send an Email asking what the delay was before getting the information. The Email was replied to without delay and I was asked if I would like to wait or receive a refund. While I appreciate the offer of a refund it would have been nice to be told that the item was not in stock. I elected to wait for the order as I had already wasted five weeks before finding out about the delay.

Purtropp l'ordine è arrivato con molto ritardo
Buonasera, mi dispiace per l'inconveniente che si è creato. Visto il periodo, alcuni ordini potrebbero essere soggetti a ritardi. Cercheremo di fare del nostro meglio in futuro.

dopo 10 giorni non era stato spedito nulla poi su mia sollecitazione hanno detto che il prodotto era esaurito e me ne hanno suggerito un altro, poi tutto è filato liscio

Le site est fiable, le service est excellent, par contre le produit que j'ai commandé est très médiocre : qualités de finitions très moyennes ou inexistantes ! (doublure intérieure, languette mal ajustée, collage des boucles et ajustement des empiècements bâclés...) j'ose espérer que les autres produits de cette marque ne donnent pas cette image de travail négligé.

I bought it because it took 2-5 days to ship, but it wasn't actually shipped immediately because it was out of stock. I contacted several times before shipping and it was shipped in about 2 weeks. I am satisfied with it because it was early from shipping to arrival.

Délais trop longs : vous proposez un produit que vous n'avez pas en stock et vous êtes obligés de le commander auprès du fournisseur.
J'ai commandé le 08/10 et il était prévu une expédition le 16/10 : finalement le produit a été expédié le 03/11 pour une réception le 09/11.

La giacca è molto buona, la consiglio al 100% ma non è la prima che compro e in questa pagina ho pagato di più e non viene nemmeno con le etichette o il magnete da mettere sul casco, pessimo dettaglio..
