Over all I am very happy with my helmet but shipping took longer than expected. I ordered on May 28 but did not receive my order until June 17. Partly because motostorm had to wait to receive my helmet from scorpion. Not sure if motostorm is just the middle man or they didn't have it in stock. Secondly I wasn't aware that paperwork has to be filled out for all motorcycle helmets entering the US. I had to fill this paperwork out for every fedex stop in the US. Not sure why three different times but that was part of the hold up also.

One of my items was shipped damaged and I can't get in touch with anyone about it. Now the only option is to pay for return shipping and get a refund which isn't right in my opinion.

There should have been more information regarding the surcharge to be paid to get the item delivered. It came as quite a surprise. The amount should have been made clear at point if order
