The biggest issue with this merchant, Motostorm.it, is misrepresentation and subsequently the unwillingness to make things right. The webpage of the product I purchased clearly says "Purchase this item and you will receive 1 coupon(s) of €20!" on the right-side column. After the product has been shipped I inquired about the €20 discount coupon and was only then informed by Juliana that “Each €200.00 you receive a discount code once we ship. The product you ordered it’s €183.61, so our system did not sent you the code.”

Let me be clear that nowhere on the product webpage mentioned there was a €200.00 minimum purchase in order to receive the €20 discount coupon offered. I responded by pointing out that If there was a minimum purchase amount that the product I purchased did not qualify for then this discount coupon should not have been offered on the product webpage. I further emphasized that “Afterall the coupon is only useful when I buy more products from you. I'd appreciate if you can help make this first transaction a pleasant experience.” Frankly I was quite shocked by the can’t-care-less response by Andrea that “if you want to receive a discount code to use on your next order. I advise you to leave a review on our website. You will receive one discount code by email for every review that you leave.”

While most established companies that care about customer service and repeat customers would handle this sort of incidents quickly and quietly when they are clearly in the wrong, Motostorm.it is audacious enough to want to make it public. So here is the review they asked for.

Ho dovuto aspettare circa 2 settimane per il mio pacco , causa non in magazzino, ci sta , ma almeno segnaliamolo sul sito o per lo meno avvertite il cliente .

The price was good and the purchase was smooth. Unfortunately, when discussing the purchase of my top case with Motostorm staff, I was told that the top case comes together with a mounting gear, so I wouldn't need to purchase one separately. When the top case arrived, there was no mounting gear attached to it, just the pure top case. Makes me now need to order a mounting gear separately, which could have been avoided, if I was clearly being told that I need to purchase the mounting gear in addition to the top case. Two stars off for this, otherwise perfect service.

Good, but make sure you get your order right the first time, especially if ordering overseas. Was told an order could not be cancelled because it had already shipped out - then got a shipping notification about 1.5 hours later. That meant it shipped to the US, and I'll have to ship it back. My screwup for sure (ordered the wrong product) but it would have been nice to be able to intercept it instead of "it's already been shipped" but then it would appear that it hadn't. No issue with the site, prices, shipping, CS was nice enough, but even with the pipeline issues, would definitely shop here again.

I was waiting (in USA) for the Givi luggage racks for the 2018 Z900RS. Motostorm kept me updated and got me the parts. Those Givi parts are SR4124 and PL4124.
Unfortunately Givi has made a very poor quality part, but that is not Motostorm's fault.
None of the holes lined up, the powder coating is damaged and flaking off, The front mounts were off by over a CM and had to be bent into place (ruining more of the powder coating). Again, Motostorm was great, Givi is now making very low quality parts. I would have returned it, but the powder coating was obviously damaged before the parts were sent to Motostorm, you can even see places where the damage was attempted to be covered up.
Probably my last purchase of anything Givi.
