I think the shipping was overpriced for how long it took to receive my order. They waited 5 days to process and ship my order after the funds were received. Thats not good business.

Great price but need to improve their delivery times. I would suggest they consider another courier service.

Servizio in linea di massima buono, ma un po' lento: per ottenere l'invio del prodotto ho dovuto sollecitare telefonicamente una volta trascorsi i giorni previsti come da indicazione sul sito.

For some odd reason I was charged $226.09 twice for the order. It was credited the next day by motostorm- however my credit card was charged $4.52US- total $9.04US- because of the error! Ant, one week later I still havent received my order!

Good. Good choice of products. My order competitively priced and efficiently delivered. However, there were absolutely no fitting instructions, and company did not even have courtesy to reply to my request. Very unprofessional and let them down. otherwise I would have awarded 5 stars.

Unfortunately Givi has made a very poor quality part, but that is not Motostorm's fault.
None of the holes lined up, the powder coating is damaged and flaking off, The front mounts were off by over a CM and had to be bent into place (ruining more of the powder coating). Again, Motostorm was great, Givi is now making very low quality parts. I would have returned it, but the powder coating was obviously damaged before the parts were sent to Motostorm, you can even see places where the damage was attempted to be covered up.
Probably my last purchase of anything Givi.
