This is the second item I order from Motostorm. The experience has been good and the item arrived very, very quickly. The downside is that i had to pay on delivery an additional amount besides the shipping expenses quoted by the total amount meant that is was not as good of a deal as i had hoped for. I know the site mentions that additional cost may occur but looking back, i would probably have chosen a different provider

I ordered a Araï helmet which was supposed to be in stock but it wasn't and there was a certain delay to receive it. The helmet was supposed to be shipped on the 20th of March (delayed date) but was still on hold on that date, there was no update for the delivery. I called the client service who told me there would be a further delay. The client service itself was easy to reach and helpful and they reassured me that would send it as soon as received and I could get a refund if I wanted to cancel the order. I chose to wait and the helmet arrived yesterday 26th of March via UPS. Although, the UPS delivery guy dumped the box with helmet over the gate of my house which is 2 meters high which inflicted a shock to the helmet and therefore is unusable. A complaint has been opened with UPS. This is not the fault of Motostorm but I will not trust any other delivery of a helmet by courier. If I known about the delay and the issue with UPS, I would have shopped in a local store. Lesson learned.
