In my opinion the complete Process was not well organized,
My order took more than 3 month instead of 7 days delivery…
My order came home and it was broken I had to fix it because Idid‘t want to send it back because you take ages for everything!
I‘ll nerver order again at your page, I‘m sorry! There is one star because I can‘t give you zero.

Thanking you for your feedback, we are sorry if you were not satisfied with our service. Unfortunately there was an unexpected delay in production and because of this shipping was delayed. A comunication had been sent to inform you about the long lead time. Please be kindly reminded that order cancellation is always possible any time prior to shipping. The item you have received arrived to us directly from the production plant of the brand. Should there be any manufacturing defects the question can be dealt with very quickly, as the after sales process follows different rules than the ordering process. In that case of a production defect we advise our clients to get in contact with customer care to open a warranty claim so as the problem can be resolved as soon as possible. Be advised that any intervention made on a faulty item may void the products warranty.

Hello,
Everything all right until the shipping by UPS.
It had to be delivered last week.
It was on the way and near my place.
During the day the informations change. Today, no more information.
In the past I already have really bad and poor experience with UPS.
I hope they don't lost the shipping again, it is too long.
The risk is I order the part in an other place and I return what I order to you.

My personal advise is to stop working with UPS.

Too long. 2 months and a half to have the order and you write on internet 7 days delivery !!!!!
Not possible to give you an other order.

Item had 30 days delivery, 7 weeks later it’s still not here. No one answers emails, after sending 3 i called to get a hold of someone and was told they read my messages asking about order update but didn’t know what to answer so they just ignored it. Terrible experience so far. Finally item is on the way at least.

30.04.2024 Payment for the order was done. Goods was marked as available from stock, that's mean it is necessary processing and shipment time. Later I was informed, that delivery is planned to 6th of June. In the meadle of June goods were not delivered jet, and I requested refund. But in 20th of June goods were shipped and not delivered since now.

We did our best to keep you updated on the situation and on the arrival date of the item in your order, sending you shipping delay notices every time we got informed of a delay from our supplier. We did not predict such a long waiting time and we apologize for that. The last delivery date indicated June 19th and we were able to ship one day later, on June 20th. For further details on the delivery situation you can contact the shipping carrier and monitor the delivery with the tracking number we provided.

Molto deluso dalla comunicazione. Una spedizione che doveva partire il 14 Giugno non è partita. Ho dovuto sollecitare i mi hanno detto che per un ritardo del fornitore sarebbe partita il 19. CI sta. Ma il 19 non è partita comunque. ho dovuto risollecitare e poi finalmente è stata inviata. Non sindaco sul ritardo del fornitore, ma sui tempi di comunicazione. Se c'è un ritardo il cliente va avvertito non quando sollecita lui, ma quando si va fuori dai tempi promessi.

Ho effettuato l'ordine il 10 giugno, oggi siamo al 25 e dal tracking della spedizione non si capisce ancora dove sia la merce, tempi assolutamente inaccettabili. A questo punto spero che l' ordine prima o poi arrivi perché sto cominciando a preoccuparmi...

L'ordine effettuato il 10 giugno è stato modificato come da Sua richiesta per un articolo non a magazzino, ha quindi spostato la partenza del ordine. Una mail era stata inviata per comunicarle le tempistiche, forse finita nello spam della posta. Abbiamo spedito come da tempistiche comunicate purtroppo la merce non risulta ancora consegnata. Abbiamo chiesto al corriere di risolvere al più presto. La terremo aggiornata via mail.ci scusiamo per il disagio.

Ricevuto il casco ordinato con difetto clip di aereazione superiore, Segnalato immediatamente il problema riscontrato per e.mail e poi altra e.mail con con foto dell'articolo, poi anche per telefono parlando con vostro operatore. A distanza di alcuni giorni nessuna risposta da parte di Motostorm. Desideriamo solo sostituire il casco ordinato con un altro analogo che non presenti difetti di fabbricazione . Ci state facendo perdere troppo tempo e non riusciamo a comprendere cosa volete fare al riguardo.. .

Absolutely shocking fitting instructions for the givi engine guards, considering I'm removing engine bolts to fit! There are no torque settings, emailed motostorm and givi both with no reply, think I'll return them.
