Shipping in 5 days it said. Been about 4 weeks and still no delivery.
we are very sorry for the delay with your order. The product was indicated as shipping in 5 days on our website. Due to an unexpected delay at the brand the item arrived with a 3 days delay to our warehouse. we have shipped immediately after but the transport company was unusualy slow to deliver in Sweden. we apologize for the inconvenience.

Pacco ricevuto dopo quasi 3 settimane dall'ordine senza avviso di ritardo o che comunque il prodotto non era al momento disponibile e che sarebbe stato spedito appena possibile con avviso email
ci dispiace molto per il problema riscontrato con l'ordine, purtroppo c'è stato un ritardo del tutto eccezionale con i 2 kit pulizia e di conseguenza la gestione del Suo ordine. Nel caso preferisce rendere gli articoli per via del arrivo tardivo , è disponibile per Lei un reso gratuito sul Suo conto sul nostro sito. i will wote negative because: very bad communication, shipping is too late,i was waiting visor 1 month!!!!!! and nobody answered my email...
we are sorry you are not satisfied about our service. The products that are available immediately are indicated in green as "in stock shipping in 24 hours" next to the price on our website. For all other items the lead time is indicated in grey. it varies from a brand to another . the visor you have purchased was indicated as shipping in 20 working days and we shipped within this indicated lead time. we are sorry for our slow response time, there was a delay due to exceptional reasons. As an information, the expected shipping date of the order can be checked any time in your account after logging in and accessing your order list in the menu. The other order you placed afterwards had a shorter lead time indicated and we shipped therefore in a quicker window.

I received the wrong helmet and I totally different color. Dealing with emails now, trying to get the right product so hopefully everything is taken care of if so I will put a better review

Die Lieferung dauert zu lange
