Sul nostro sito non usiamo la dicitura "disponibile", se gli articoli sono disponibili subito sono indicati come "in magazzino" in verde, invece per gli altri le tempistiche sono indicate di fianco al prezzo di vendità, in modo tale di avvisare il cliente prima del acquisto. Durante la lavorazione del Suo ordine siamo stati avvisati di un ritardo che Le abbiamo immediatamente comunicato, lascendole la possibilità di aspettare, modificare o annullare l'ordine. Non avendo ricevuto riscontro contrario, abbiamo proseguito e spedito, il giorno prima da quello indicato sul avviso di ritardo. Alla spedizione del ordine riceve un tracking via mail che Le permette di seguire il pacco che è stato consegnato in 2 giorni.

出荷が遅れたことをメールしたが、出荷後にメールの返信が来たので対応が遅いと思った。
ただ、注文通りの製品が間違いなく届いたので、その点だけは評価できる。

The reviews are right.. “ships in 7 days” doesn’t mean the stock is at Motostorm, the one i ordered wasn’t so then got cancelled. I chose a diff color helmet that was “in stock” which still had to be ordered from supplier. I ordered my helmet on 29/12 and it finally arrived on 31 Jan. PLUS i had to pay 46 GBP if duty on a 161 GBP helmet. Overall. Extremely poor experience and would recommend to avoid. Adding duty and the hassle i could have purchased in local bike shop for same price it’s friendly service.
We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused.
The helmet you originally purchased was not available as it was on production and given the fact you ordered on December the 29th when companies were closed for Christmas holidays and they opened the second week of January, we were not able to ship sooner.
Given the delay we offered an alternative with models we had in stock and some available to order.
On January the 16th we modified the order as requested and shipped the order as soon as possible.
As for import duties, those are indicated before the order is placed in the cart - once the UK is selected as destination country.
These are requested since 2021 when Brexit was finalized.

Ho fatto il reso per questi motivi:
1- nella confezione era mancante la quarta vite di fissaggio.

ci dispiace che lei ha avuto un problema con il prodotto ricevuto. Abbiamo mandato il nostro corriere per ritirare il prodotto, lei ricevera il rimborso quando la merce raggiunge il nostro magazzino.
Il cupolino comunque e prodotto specificamente per la moto in questione, e probabile che non e dal vostro gradimento per una questione estetica.

Dopo 15 giorni di attesa ho dovuto inviare una mail per sapere che l'ordine sarebbe stato evaso solo in parte in quanto l'articolo non era disponibile nel numero richiesto.

Salve, ci dispiace non sia pienamente soddisfatto del suo acquisto.
C'è stato sicuramente un ritardo da parte nostra nell'avvisarla della mancanza di uno dei due prodotti da lei ordinati.
Non abbiamo avuto tuttavia riscontro alcuno al nostro avviso e siamo stati fermi in attesa di sue indicazioni una volta appurato il ritardo.
È nel nostro interesse soddisfare i nostri clienti, una volta avvisati procediamo sempre come ci viene indicato, se non riceviamo indicazioni purtroppo facciamo fatica a procedere.

Received defective product, too difficult and too long of time to replace product. I even offered to purchase a new one a day they could refund when they received the old defective one back but they said no and made me wait a month.

We have replied to your claim immediately and have activated the warranty process with the brand who agreed very quickly in sending you a new product without the need to have the defective ones back. the replacement item was shipped to you as soon as we have received it from them, in a very short period of time. However the delay in you receiving the product has actually been caused by the particularly busy period of the year and the logisitics partners being slower than usual in delivering the goods due to the volume of packages in transit. we apologize for this unexpected inconvenience.

Molto disastrose
Salve, siamo spicenti di leggere che la sua esperienza non sia stata positiva.
L'ordine è stato concluso il 5 dicembre e come data di spedizione indicavamo il 13 dicembre - abbiamo avuto un leggero ritardo e abbiamo spedito il 14 dicembre - un solo giorno dopo quanto indicato.
C'è stato un tentativo di consegna e non era pronto il pagamento del Contrassegno; il corriere sta ritentando la consegna.
Può sempre contattare noi o loro per informazioni sulla sua spedizione e sapremo darle maggiori informazioni.

Terrible company to deal with never again and ontop of this I ended up with import charges an extra 25% of the purchase price before I recieved my goods which took for ever to arrive in the UK
Hello, you were informed on ur website before checkout that customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. We also indicate this on our website in the payments page and again on the confirmation email. We cannot be held repossibile if your goverment charges you tax on imported goods. The order was shipped on the same day as it was registered. Delivery was delayed because you did not want to pay these taxes.

In marzo 2023 ho deciso di sostituire l'interno del mio casco Airoh Executive in quanto rovinatissimo (usato tutti i giorni per 2 anni). L'ho trovato su Motostorm ad un prezzo molto alto (63,90€) ma ho deciso di acquistarlo ugualmente, dopo aver avuto garanzia (telefonicamente, a voce) che comprendeva tutto. Arrivato il pacco ho scoperto che ne mancava un pezzo (il collarino, la parte posteriore che ripara il collo sotto la nuca): ho richiamato e con candore mi hanno detto che non era compreso, ma ci volevano altri 18,30€ + 9€ di spedizione). Ho allora chiesto che, visto l'errore loro, almeno non mi facessero ripagare la spedizione, ma niente da fare...Decido allora giocoforza di spendere gli ulteriori 27,30€ ed ordino, per un totale di ben 91,20€! Il pacco col collarino dopo oltre un mese e vari solleciti. Molto negativo è poco!

I prezzi sono decisi dal produttore non da Motostorm, sui nostri, tuttavia, applichiamo uno sconto visibile sul sito e la spedizione è a pagamento per tutti gli ordini inferiori a €100 - anche questo indicato sul nostro sito.
