It took about a week and a half for them to even ship it out. During that waiting period I sent them several emails saying cancel if the helmet weighs over a certain limit. They replied saying the incorrect weight. They ignored my emails and shipped it out anyway ...and of course it's heavier than advertised. Now they want me to pay shipping back to them which is totally unfair when I told him not to ship it.

Hello, we are very sorry that you are not satisfied with your purchase. Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. As the Uk is no longer part of the European community you do not pay Vat when purchasing form Motostorm. However you willbe charged customs duties when the parcel arrives to the Uk. We state this one our website and also on the confirmation email that you receive after you place the order.

Buenas noches,
Hoy se ha recibido el pedido, pero la chaqueta Berik, viene sin el forro térmico desmontable (...) Tienen Vds., que solucionar esto sin falta. Necesito que alguien de su empresa se ponga en contacto telefónico conmigo. Disponen del número. Solo puedo decirles que después de tres cambios de chaqueta, el tiempo que ha pasado hasta que ha llegado, y que venga así, es una vergüenza...Con el frío que hace...Repito: Tienen que solucionar esto a la mayor brevedad. Nada me desagradaría más, que tener que dirigirme a Vds., a través de otros medios legales.

Salve, all'interno dell'ordine non ci risulta indicata alcuna data richiesta di spedizione. Il prodotto indicava la spedizione in 24 ore e abbiamo spedito lo stesso giorni che lei ha concluso l'ordine.

Vi ho inviato una mail il 28 10 alle 19:01 a info@motorstorm.it a cui avete anche risposto.

Buon giorno, la sua mail di richiesta del 28/10 alle 19:01 è stata inviata dopo che è stata spedita alle 13:14. Abbiamo avvisato il corriere e risposto che in ogni caso se non dovesse funzionare il corriere passa il giorno lavorativo seguente. In effetti il pacco alla fine è stato consegnato alla data richiesta, 02/11 dopo il primo tentativo errato. In futuro chiediamo gentilmente di avvisare di una data specifica di spedizione prima che venga effettuata la spedizione, scrivandolo nelle note al momento del ordine, o pure chiamandoci subito dopo avere fatto l'ordine. In questo modo riusciamo a non spedire prima della data richiesta. Ringraziamo per la comprensione.

Il corriere deve chiamare prima di presentarsi a casa. Non era chiaro al lomento dell'ordine queata procesura.Comunque fate coosi, non chiedetele neamche le recensioni se non volete migliorare...ora elimino l'account.
