The discount cannot be applied on all items and brands - therefore if there is an item we cannot allow the customer to apply the discount code on - it will not show the space to put it in.
I am sorry if this has happened on more than one order; it all depends on the items in the order.

I recieve my order nolan helmet nolan 2 x. But im not satisfied, Why there is a scratch on lens after i remove the lens plastic cover. Waiting for you your answer.

la disponibilità dei prodotti non è affidabile.
Buongiorno, sul nostro sito viene indicato 'in magazzino - spedizione in 24 ore' se il prodotto è in stock, altrimenti spedizione in X giorni nel caso fosse da ordinare alla ditta. Nel caso in cui si presentassero dei ritardi facciamo sempre del nostro meglio per avvisare tempestivamente.

Tempi di consegna troppo lunghi oltre 30 giorni, tant’è che no ho neppure ritirato il pacco

No information that all parts wasn’t in stock was given. The rest part was not delivered according to schedule. Information regarding expecded delivery time was missing. Transport time with FedEx take to many dags.

Sito non serio.. ordinati 2 caschi sul sito erano disponibili ma non era così . Più di 3 settimana per arrivare
Siamo spiacenti per il ritardo.
Sul sito indicavamo che i caschi non erano disponibili in magazzino in quanto quando scelta la taglia appariva "Spedizione in XX giorni" - questo indica che i prodotti sono disponibili per essere ordinati al fornitore ma non immediatamente in stock.
Abbiamo spedito in 15 giorni poiché in ritardo le consegne.
Ci dispiace non sia soddisfatto del servizio; cercheremo di migliorare la celerità.
