Hello, Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. You do not pay Vat in our shop as you are resident outside of the European comunity. As you were no longer willing to receive your parcel we have asked Ups to return it to Motostorm.

Delivery was weeks late for an item that they said was in stock
Hello, if on our website there is written 'in stock- shipment in 24 hours' we ship the same day. Otherwise there is written 'shipment in X days' as in your case. We shipped one day later than the expected shipping date.

i received the tank cover without any guidance of how to install as, there are many strapes required to connect to the bike , and i don't know where to connect.

Before finalizing the order we indicate in the webpage the require amount of days before shipping; in this case shipment was programmed for April 28 and we shipped the following day - as you can see both in the confirmation email and in your account in our website.
Delivery could take some time given current situation; it will arrive in the next few days.

The items i ordered were fine, but the shipping costs?!? Why i was billed extra 35euros upon dellivery? Doesent matter,not shoppin nor recomending this site again.

Website showed item in stock +- 5 day delivery, contacted them on day 10 to be told item not in stock, will take 40 days to get in stock,no communication from vendors side to inform me, said ok to change for another color in stock, helmet arrived , but no ECE or DOTT certification on it, so illegal in most countries. NOT HAPPY

You did contact us first and we informed you that the helmet was not available and offered an alternative - that you accepted.
The helmet is ECE certified and you can find the stamp on the chin strap - as all our helmets are ECE homologated and certified by law.
I am sorry if you are not happy with the purchase.

Took four weeks for delivery, cat end is wrong size had to do heavy modifying to make work. Not happy
