Oggetto acquistato perché indicavano "spedizione entro una settimana", mi è arrivato dopo 6 settimane...
Buon giorno, ci dispiace molto per il ritardo. C'è stato un problema di approvigionamento dalla parte del produttore, ne siamo stati avvisati tardi e lo abbiamo comunicato appena lo abbiamo saputo. Purtroppo le tempistiche si sono allungate e ce ne scusiamo.

worst service ever. Purchased a product in Black Friday offer in November. Was delivered after engaging the national distributor and the manufacturer, by the end of March. They sell products they don’t really have in stock, even if the website says otherwise, and then they don’t deliver. Specially in offers, then they don’t want to give the discount and prefer to keep the purchaser waiting. I can’t recommend this online store at all.
Hello Fernando, we are very sorry that you are not satisfied. We always kept you updated and gave the option of a full refund as the product wasn't anymore available from the manufacturer. You told us that you could wait until the end of March and so we shipped the same day that the product arrived to us.

Consegna avvenuta in tempi lunghissimi
Buon giorno, ci dispiace molto. In effetti c'è stato un ritardo nel arrivo di questo prodotto in particolare per via di difficoltà impreviste nella sua produzione. E stato aggiornato della situazione ogni volta che abbiamo avuto delle informazione, proponendo alternative in caso l'attesa fosse troppo lunga. Ci scusiamo per il disagio causato da questo ritardo.

Il servizio peggiore mai ricevuto per un acquisto online. Ho fatto l’ordine a inizio ottobre con arrivo previsto due settimane dopo. Nonostante le mie continue sollecitazioni, i tempi di consegna si sono protratti per mesi e ho ricevuto l’ordine solo a marzo, e senza mai essere avvisato. Uno sconto sarebbe stato il minimo che potevano fare come risarcimento, e invece no. Mai più.
Ci dispiace molto per il problema nella gestione del suo ordine. C'è stato un ritardo sifgnificante nel arrivo della merce di cui l'abbiamo avvisato quando abbiamo avuto conferma dal produttore, proponendole anche il rimborso per non farle aspettare più a lungo. Purtroppo la data è stata spostata continuamente per via di una difficoltà nell'approviggionamento di questo prodotto in particolare. Ci scusiamo per il disagio causato.

I have ordered the Gaucho apron R118x for my RT 1200 R which i verified is 'compatible'.
The metal cable to be attached around the hot motor is few centimeters short. The straps will get burnt.
I need a longer metal cable. Could you help with this please?
