Salve, siamo molto spiacenti per il disagio causato, purtroppo il prodotto non era in stock ed era in produzione in Akrapovic - dunque non immediatamente disponibile.
Purtroppo visto il periodo storico, stiamo cercando di fare del nostro meglio e di essere a disposizione dei nostri clienti.
Cercheremo di migliorarci e le chiediamo ancora scusa per l'inconveniente.

Barely got reply on skype call/chat. First I have been told 15days to get stock, then 30days. Shipping with fedex was in 3 days but in total was more than 5 weeks since purchased. One spacer of the product is different size than was is in the manual so I`m waiting for a solution...

Salve, siamo spiacenti per il ritardo nella spedizione del suo ordine. Purtroppo visto il periodo storico, stiamo cercando di fare del nostro meglio e di essere a disposizione dei nostri clienti.

/merce arrivata dopo piu' di un mese , mi serviva prima la giacca , inoltre trovata a un prezzo inferiore
Siamo molto spiacienti per il ritardo. Nel caso non fosse soddisfatto potrà usufruire del reso gratuito per rendere la giacca (nuova con cartellini e imballaggio) e provvederemo al rimborso immediato del articolo.Ci scusiamo per il disagio causato.

J,ai commandé un casque le 25 mai, l,argent à été retiré le lendemain par contre j,ai reçu le casque le 1 et juillet, malgré leurs excuses aucun geste commercial pour ce retard. Dommage

Ordered shoes, jeans and gloves, came to £255.81 and arrived pretty quick and I was happy with the products. I was, however, not happy about paying another £60 upon the package arriving at my door. Don't use motorstorm if you live outside of the EU.

These costs do not depend on us and are not applied to everyone, they depend on the agreements between the destination country and the European Union.

In fase di ordine di specchi retrovisori mi fornivano tutte le info in modo tempestivo. Una volta consegnati gli specchi ho chiesto info sul perché non mi hanno informato che occorrevano degli adattatori e, trascorsa una settimana, non mi hanno ancora risposto. Ora devo fare io ricerche per trovare una soluzione.
Buon giorno, siamo dispiaciuti che non sia soddisfatto con il Suo acquisto con Motostorm, gli adattatori sono indicati come prodotti correlati sul nostro sito di fianco al prodotto selezionato. Proviamo a rispondere a tutte le domande in modo tempestivo ma facciamo fatica ad anticipare, che cosa ha già il cliente in suo possesso o no. Può capitare in effetti che il cliente abbia già gli adattatori e ordini solo i specchietti. Comunque come già comunicato, se lo desidera può usufruire del reso gratuito per ottenere il rimborso del prodotto acquistato, sempre che sia ancora nuovo e con imballagio intatto. Cordiali Saluti

On top of the price we had to pay over £70 to UPS for them to release the order to us. I couldn't even check the box first. We should have been informed of this on your website when booking our order..

Hello, our website indicates that customers outside of the EU can be subjected to custom duties.
We have this information in our website in the Payments page, and we also inform the customer in the confirmation email they receive after placing the order.
All our customers are made aware of the possibility of custom charges, we are not to be held responsible for these extra fees.
Given the fact that European VAT is excluded from the overall price in Motostorn for all extra EU countries, it is normal procedure that you are charged custom duties when the parcel arrives to your Country.
