É muito mau quando se anuncia um produto e se coloca uma fotografia desse produto acoplado a um mais caro. Foi o que aconteceu ao comprar uns ridiculos parafusos para uma bolsa de telemóvel quando aquilo que aparece na foto é a bolsa...
Bom Dia,
Na foto do produto que você adquiriu você pode ver o kit de parafusos para a bolsa do telefone.
Além disso, tanto no título como na descrição indicamos várias vezes que o produto vendido é o "Kit parafuso para a bolsa" absolutamente não se refere à bolsa.
Lamentamos que você não tenha lido e esteja insatisfeito com o produto recebido.

Ordine arrivato dopo 2 mesi, nulla da dire sul materiale che è ottimo, ma è stato un esaurimento nel riceverlo, non dei seguito a dovere..cmq tutto è bene ciò che finisce bene

Abbiamo fatto del nostro meglio per tenerla informata di ciò che avveniva con il suo ordine concluso il 20 gennaio e delle eventuali possibili modifiche per poter procedere alla spedizione.
Sarà nostra premura migliorare la celerità delle risposte.

Bonjour, nous nous excusons pour le retard dans l'expédition de votre commande. Votre produit à étè commandé chez le producteur où il était encore en production. La date d'arrivée vous a été communiquée dès qu'elle a été confirmée par le producteur. Vous avez accepté d'attendre et nous vous avons envoyé alors un geste commercial. Nous nous excusons encore pour tout inconvénient causé par ce retard. Bien Cordialement

Motostorm's listing for Kappa K Mission cases has false information. The description clearly states the cases have an *external release knob* to "detach the side cases":

They do *not*! The external release knob is only available on the Givi Alaska cases. I only realized this when they arrived in Canada! With my 58L top case I am unable to open these new side cases. I bought them because I wanted to be able to release them without opening the lid with the *external release knob* .. and that feature is clearly stated in the Motostorm listing.
I contacted Motostorm customer service and they did not acknowledge the misrepresentation other than "That's what Kappa's description says". However, if you actually look at the cases you will see that the external release knob actually doesn't exist... at all.
Motostorm offered to refund the purchase price of the cases if I shipped them back. I paid $170 in duties and taxes to receive this order already, I am not interesting in spending any more money to ship these back. I will sell them locally and then buy from a local dealer to avoid this scenario again. Be careful buying online overseas! I spent $1,200 and got no concessions for Motostorm's product misrepresentation, which is frustrating.

Prodotti come da descrizione. Consegna pessima. Ho dovuto sollecitare diverse volte, dopo oltre un mese di attesa non mi era stato ancora consegnato il mio ordine. Rischiando ammende salate ho dovuto ritirarlo io il mio ordine senza neanche ricevere una mail di scusa da parte del venditore. Deluso
Ci dispiace molto per l’esperienza negativa. Lei ha fatto l’ordine il 11/12 e abbiamo spedito nelle tempistiche indicate sul nostro sito.Purtroppo il corriere poi ha avuto delle difficoltà per via dei volumi di merce nel periodo natalizie in più della situazione Covid particolare nella zona di consegna, che ha complicato la gestione delle spedizioni nella lora filiale locale. Come da comunicazione, ci scusiamo tanto per il disagio causato da questa situazione eccezionale.
