Guten Morgen, wir haben die Bestellung am 12/01 erhalten und wir haben am 13/01 Ihr produkt versendet. Das Paket wurde wie in den in der Bestellung eingegebenen Daten an die Schweiz gesendet. Die Schweiz ist nicht Teil der Europäischen Union, weshalb das Paket der Zollkontrolle unterzogen wurde. Dieses Verfahren liegt im Ermessen des Zolls und kann sich auf die Lieferzeiten auswirken. Wie auf unserer Website im Abschnitt "Zahlungen" angegeben: "Zollabgaben
Kunden außerhalb des UE können je nach Internationalem Abkommen zwischen Ihrem Land und der Europäischen Gemeinschaft Zollgebühren zustellen. falsche Grösse in einer Verpackung mit anderer Größe umgepackt und versendet

Paid 467 euros for my Clover Vest with transportation fees and blocked in custom border for tax ( over 400 euros additional to import fees ) so i refuse . The product rget back to Motostorm after almost 50 days after . THey refund only 297 euros instead 467 euros . SO REFUND POLICY FOR FREE IS NOT TRUE ! BAD COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO BE REFUNDED .
Hello, the refund was not complete as - like stated in the refund policy - we will deduct any associated fees and shipping costs from your refund.
We shipped correctly this order and we also informed that upon receipt of the goods the custom office can require custom fees.
You contacted us confirming that you refused the package and as a consequnce it will be shipped back to us - we told you that all extra fees and shipments would have been deducted as this was not our fault and you agreed to it.
We are sorry you are not satisfied with the service, we however always informed you of these conditions and we were clear on informing you of what we will be deducting from the refund.

Il casco è perfetto niente da dire l’ho ordinato leggendo sul sito che fosse disponibile ma mi avvisarono dopo una settimana dal mio ordine dicendo che il casco non era più disponibile e doveva arrivare dalla Francia ed io ho accettato chiedendo qualche adesivo o qualche altro “regalino” per l inconveniente, ma non mi è stato mandato nulla oltre al casco ma per me personalmente non erano indispensabili era giusto per il buon senso . l’importante è che il casco l’ho ricevuto perfetto ed integro ma mi aspettavo di più sinceramente per la tempistica e mi aspettavo qualche pensierino per l’inconveniente
Salve, siamo spiacenti non le sia arrivato nulla insieme al casco, in futuro sarà nostra premura inserire qualche gadget nel suo ordine per compensare questa situazione.

J ai pas reçu ma commande
Bonjour, nous avons expédié votre commande le 22/12, le transporteur, outre au retard miprévu causé par les énormes volumes générès par la période de fetes, a eu quelques difficultés avec l'adresse de livraison. Avec votre gentille collaboration nous avons résolu auprès du transporteur et votre colis a finalement été livré hier. Nous nous excusons du retard et de tout inconvénient causé.

Ho ordinato la merce il 25/11/2020.sul sito era scritto consegna in 5 giorni ma è arrivato il 17/12/2020.ho chiamato per sapere come mai non arrivava e mi hanno risposto che il fornitore era in ritardo e che mi avrebbero mandato una mail il giorno seguente con una data indicativa di consegna.sto ancora aspettando quella mail.dovevavessere un regalo e questo ritardo non specificato al momento dell'acquisto ha rovinato tutto.comunicazione inesistente
Siamo spiacenti per il ritardo nel arrivo della merce. Seguito alla chiamata Le abbiamo inviato una mail al indirizzo email registrato insieme al ordine con delle proposte. Ci dispiace che la mail non le è parvenuta. Se non è soddisfato Le ricordiamo che può renderci la merce gratuitamente usufruando del nostro servizio reso tramite il sito e provvederemo al rimborso al più presto. Ci scusiamo ancora per il disagio causato.

Ordinato il 29/ 11 e nn ancora ricevuto il prodotto.... inviato una mail a motorstorm chiedendo di stornare le spese di spedizione ...risposta NO!!!! Oggi 20/12 nn ricevuto ancora niente.... se andavo a ritirare a piedi facevo prima... pessimo negozio
RingraziandoLe per l'ordine effettuato, purtroppo l'arrivo della merce dal produttore è stato ritardato ed abbiamo inviato una comunicazione a questo riguardo. Abbiamo spedito poi come comunicato, ma i corrieri sono in grande difficoltà con il volume delle spedizioni in questo periodo particolare del anno e sono in ritardo nelle consegne. Il corriere è stato sollecitato e riceverà Suo ordine a breve. Ci scusiamo molto per il ritardo e il disagio causato.

Dopo due settimane non ho ancora ricevuto il prodotto.
Siamo molto spiacenti per il ritardo. La merce del Suo ordine è stata ordinata dalle aziende produttrice e non appena ci hanno fatto arrivare i prodotti abbiamo spedito l'ordine, purtroppo non è stato ancora stato consegnato il pacco per via dei ritardi con i corrieri dovuto al periodo del anno ma la merce è in transit e verrà consegnata al più presto. Ci scusiamo tanto per il disagio causato.

First, there shipping was amazing! I ordered the item late Sunday and was received by Friday...you can't beat that. Especially, from Italy to the U.S.
However, the product that was shipped to me, rear fender for a Husqvarna TE511, was not the product that was shown in the pictures advertised. I have attempted to contact the vendor to get the advertised product, via e-mail, and at this time there has been no response. the return fees, are the responsibility of the customer and based on prices from UPS to ship back (over $300.00) its cheaper for me to keep the item then to return it.
I decided to pay more based on the advertised pictures shown and ended up paying almost three times more, with shipping, for a product that I could have gotten for $25.00 on Ebay. I hope they send me the correct product as advertised
