Non è stato possibile risolvere i problemi con l'articolo.
Non sono presenti capacità di problem solving. Non viene fatto alcuno sforzo per trovare una soluzione con il cliente, anzi sostengono che la colpa sia del cliente.
A questo proposito posso solo sconsigliare l'acquisto lì.

Ci dispiace non è soddisfatto del nostro servizio. Sul nostro sito la nostra politica dei resi è molto chiara. I prodotti resi devono essere nuovi, con etichette, pellicole protettive, tutti gli accessori e componenti insieme al imballaggio originale. Un articolo reso danneggiato non verrà accettato. Almeno che ci sia stato una segnalazione fatta dal destinatario alla recezione della merce e che abbiamo dato nostro accordo per il reso in tale condizioni.

Seller spent one by prepare shipping. Before I wrote an invoice process started . One week later shipment didn’t arrive to address and I picked up to shipping center.

Hello, thanking you for your feedback. We are sorry that you are not satified with our service. I can see that your order was shipped one day later than previsted. The shipper tried to delivery but the delivery attempt was not sucessful. When this happenes the parcel is brought to the parcel shop where it can be picked up by the reciever.

As far as the website and the ordering process was pretty good and solid. But it when it came to getting my product, that's the different story. I get it I'm over here in the U.S BUT I RECEIVED ITEMS FROM CHINA USING ALIEXPRESS AND A FEW WEEKS COMPARED TO ONE MONTH ON THIS SITE.

we thank you for your feedback and are very sorry for the exceptionnally long lead time. the item you had ordered was indicated as shipping in 7 working days on our website, because we had to order the item at the brand. unfortunately they have had an unexpected delay and we have received the item 7 days later. we have shipped same day as we have received the item, using priority in order to shorten as much as possible the transit time. we apologize for the inconvenience.

Before I start let me say I have only left negative feedback because of the extra costs I was not expecting. The delivery, communication and product were excellent. I have been charged nearly £60 for import charges that were not made clear to me at the time of purchase. This has been a lesson in reading the small print.

We thank you for your feedback and are sorry if the import charges have come to a surprise to you. Since Brexit an item shipped from EU to UK is VAT free, but once the package arrives in the UK the British customs may be asking the recipient to pay for import taxes, based on the applicable import laws in the country. There is a reminder of this on our website under payments policy page, but also in the cart prior to checking out, written in red. Also the order confirmation sent by email after placing the order indicates it.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and paid postage. Has still arrived and i also had to pay $219 this for postage. Bloody rip off. I could have purchased here for less and had it the same day. Never again.

Hello, thanking you for your feedback. Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. Orders under 1000 are subject to GST taxes. Motostorm is a registered importer in Australia and has a official ABN number. Gst taxes for orders under the 1000 limit is collected by Motostorm on behalf of the Australian Government. Otherwise you are asked to pay the tax whent he parcel is delivered to you.

If you are ordering internationally stay away. They offer cheap subsidized shipping to you and fast, but if you need to make an exchange you are on the hook for independent personal shipping which is going to cost you $300+ if you are from the US like me.

They could provide a business return program but they do not in an attempt to finalize sales even if that means screwing you over with a bad fit.

However it is still possibile to return goods for a refund if you are not located in one of these countries. Within 30 days of receipt of goods you must login to your order list and fill out the return form. All return shipping charges are your responsibility. You will get your refund with the same payment method used for your order in about 1-2 weeks from reception of the goods.
