I was charged additional money for a microfono harness that was not needed. Only required the battery harness, the microfono disconnects from the main harness.

Non rispettano i tempi previsti e hanno ritardi inaccettabili perchè vendono prodotti che non possiedono.

2. mancata comunicazione ritardi su consegna
3. ho dovuto chiamare il servizio clienti per sapere come mai non venisse consegnato l'ordine
4. evasione/cnosegna parziale dell'ordine
5. ad oggi non ho nessuna info nè traccia dei restanti articoli ancora in attesa di consegna

Late delivery (almost 3 weeks), poor communication (I had to chase for information). Cheap, but at the end of the day the order wasn't in time for when I needed it and so I went on holiday without any baggage. Won't be using them again.

First of all, the glove (M) was not a perfect fit like the review says; very loose and big on my fingers. Second the backpack has bad stitching, it's a Italian item, leather and parts should be made to high quality standard, which this does not. I would love to return the items for exchange but to do so, I must pay shipping (cot a whole lot) back and wait for weeks if not month for my refund. Beside the fact that it's hard almost impossible to contact the seller beside emails, and when do get in touch they give inaccurate info on policy and answers. I gave it a two stars because of the defects and return policy, if the item was not good looking (though it has flaws as mention above) I give it a 1 but it looks good just bad details and fitting.

Quello che di piu mi annoia e che non ho ancora ricevuto il moi ordine, e non ricevo neppure una informazioni.
Mi scuso per il ritardo ma abbiamo avuto dei problemi con la consegna da Sidi.

Pro's: Price -albeit matching other European distributors
Con's: Delivery, while I expected a longer delivery time to Australia a month was excessive. Communication was bad to poor when I was trying to chase up my order.
In future I'll be ordering from a website that shows what is in stock with them and what is with their suppliers.

Un ottimo sito che nei caso in cui il prodotto ordinato non sia disponibile in tempi brevissimi, lo dovrebbe indicare sulla descrizione del prodotto stesso. L' acquirente, a quel punto, potrà decidere se acquistare o no. Avvisare a pagamento effettuato non è proprio indice di trasparenza.
