Questa volta sono molto deluso del servizio, visto che sono 3 settimane che ho effettuato l'ordine. E poi per non parlare del corriere ... (BRT)

Very bad. Packaging all destroy.

Ho fatto l'ordine di un prodotto che in realtà non avevano. Ho pagato regolarmente e dopo 3 settimane se non telefonavo io per chiedere notizie non mi avrebbe contattato ancora nessuno per il disguido. Dopo aver risolto proponendomi alternative al mio oridine, ed aver accettato un oggetto assolutamente non di mia utilità per il credito che avrei avuto nei loro confronti, sono stati molto veloci nella consegna, 2 gg.

Pesimo venditore, prima dicono una cosa poi...ho avuto problemi con un casco e mi aevano detto che l'avrebbero cambiato. Io fiduciioso ho ordinato un'altro casco poi mi dicono che devo tenermi ilCaberg nato decisamente male! State alla larga da MOTOSTORM

Ordered the V47nnt Givi case at a reasonable price - cheaper than local prices. Top case delivered with no key to open case attached. Contacted Motostorm and initially given the explanation it was a Givi problem. After a number of emails and photos sent Motostorm have stated they will send me a new lock block and keys with the advice it will very easy for me to drill out the existing lock block and replace it. Asked for instructions to try and prevent any further damage to lock by drilling the existing lock out - none forth coming. Hoping the lock block and keys do arrive prior to my intended trip and the drilling out of the existing lock is a simple process. I did provide Motostorm with the serial number exposed on the original lock on the Top Case in the hope they could send matching keys - state unable to do so - don't know why you would have a serial number if you could not match keys to same! Would be a lot easy than having to drill locks out.

Made my first purchase at motostorm for some riding jeans and shoes. Took a few days before I recieved a confirmation email and then I recieved the items the following week. Decided I'd make another purchase, currently having an issue now however as I can't email motostorm due to their service being down or something. It's been a week and I have yet to recieve neither a confirmation email nor a tracking number. Just to clarify, everytime I send an email, I recieve a reply saying the message was not recieved.

I placed my order on the 8th of august and it was shipped on the 7th of september. One month, thats way too much time.

I have been waiting 4 weeks for my helmet.....

Ho fatto diversi acquisti con Motostorm e hanno sempre fornito un buon servizio. Ma per questa ultima operazione, hanno preso così tanto tempo per elaborare il mio ordine. In realtà, il mio ordine deve ancora arrivare dopo effettuare i pagamenti di un mese fa. Spero che possano migliorare.. . Se un articolo non è in azione, probabilmente non dovrebbe renderlo disponibile per l'acquisto. Lasciate che il compratore guardare da qualche altra parte. Rendere gli acquirenti che hanno già pagato attesa per voi per rifornire, non è una buona mossa, a meno che se l'acquirente è d'accordo, naturalmente. . . A causa di questo particolare incidente, ora devo cercare un nuovo negozio online.

This was my 7 or 8th order, however it is the second time that I have to send an email way past the original shipping date to see what is going on with my order and 2 days later it got shipped. Unfortunately this may be my last purchase with motostorm. I do not feel satisfied when I need to keep sending mails to get my products shipped and I do not even get a notification telling me what is going on.
