Ik heb het product niet ontvangen. Ik heb al 2 maal gemaild daaartoe. Het gevraagde product was niet ter beschikking, men zou mij op 28 12 2021 een vervangproduct opsturen . Ik heb dit NIET ontvangen !!

Volgens de follow-up in uw dossier van 30.12.2021, heeft u een verzoek ingediend om het artikel te ruilen met het referentieartikel 998.5790. maar helaas is dit laatste artikel ook niet meer in voorraad en zal het pas vanaf 20.02.2022 beschikbaar zijn.

Buongiorno vi comunico che il corriere a cui avete affidato la consegna non ha suonato ed ha lanciato il cappello nel giardino. Noi abbiamo un cane grande che ha raccolto e mangiato il cappello. Dovreste comunicare alle persone incaricate che se non suonano o se non non fossimo a casa possono tranquillamente lasciare i pacchi al portiere alla sbarra perché nel nostro complesso c’è la guardiania H 24. Onduidelijke omschrijving in de titel van het product.
Hierdoor niet genoeg besteld. Bij nabestelling lang moeten wachten en daarna verkeerd produkt aangekregen. Nog steeds wachtende op antwoord om dit recht te zetten.

Very very disappointing! the shoes i bought worth nothing, 37 euro throw it away, Chinese staff of the worst, they are very good to sell image on internet but don't thrust them!!

Sconsiglio di acquistare. L'Assistenza clienti non dà informazioni al telefono. Via mail dicono prima che la spedizione sta arrivando, poi che hanno litigato con il corriere. Mai sentita una cosa del genere. Sto attendendo un prodotto dal 03/01/2022. Mai consegnato. Ho richiesto il rimborso (dopo 23gg) chissà se rivedrò i miei soldi.....
