The price you pay can easilly exceed UK prices. Yes, they tell you UK custom charges apply, but not how much. It exceeds VAT for sure. You are also not told that 'brokerage' charges apply which are added to the custom charges.. The postage was c23 euros on what was a realatibely small pachage which again, was not declared at point of sale (only that postage applies)
And finally, your parcel gets held up until you manage to be in upon delivery with unhelpful communication from the courier. All in all, not what I expected.

We indicate that the payment of duties can be applied - depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union - both in the confirmation email and on our website and that this can thus cause delays in delivery. All of which I stated is true. I fully understand customs laws have changed but amd that is stated prior to sale..you are able to do (and should do) to enable customers a fuller picture before buying is to make them aware are: A. An estimate of postage charges. B. Inform buyers a brokerage fee is applicable over and above VAT. Neither of these are stated prior to purchase. My review is honest and should be shared.

As an American customer the prices are excellent and the shipping took only about 10 days. My only frustration was payment options were a little limited I was finely able to use PayPal as a “guest”, which worked fine. Otherwise it’s all good.
