The price you pay can easilly exceed UK prices. Yes, they tell you UK custom charges apply, but not how much. It exceeds VAT for sure. You are also not told that 'brokerage' charges apply which are added to the custom charges.. The postage was c23 euros on what was a realatibely small pachage which again, was not declared at point of sale (only that postage applies)
And finally, your parcel gets held up until you manage to be in upon delivery with unhelpful communication from the courier. All in all, not what I expected.

We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with your purchase.
But since the UK is not part of EU anymore import laws have changed.
We indicate that the payment of duties can be applied - depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union - both in the confirmation email and on our website and that this can thus cause delays in delivery.
Finally, we are not able to predict in any way the exact amount that a customer will be required to pay since this is imposed by the UK government. Therefore is out of our jurisdiction.

I'd not heard of Motostorm but found them on the web, stocking the particular item I'd been unable to locate elsewhere. Using their website was easy, and my goods arrived promptly, well packaged, and at reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

As an American customer the prices are excellent and the shipping took only about 10 days. My only frustration was payment options were a little limited I was finely able to use PayPal as a “guest”, which worked fine. Otherwise it’s all good.
