Buenos días,quisiera comunicarles que yo no he recibido el pedido el día 14. Es este el motivo que me pongo el contacto con ustedes. Mi pregunta es como tengo que hacer para que la primera cuota de pago se me devuelva y no pagar las otras dos restantes,ya que como le he comentado anteriormente yo he recibido el pedido en mi domicilio.

La spedizione doveva essere in 7 giorni ma c'è ne sono voluti molto di più. Non sono stato avvisato del ritardo. Per sapere quando sarebbero stato spedito ho inviato 2 email la quale non hanno mai risposto, ho fatto 3 telefonate sentendomi dire che non sapevano quando sarebbe avvenuta la spedizione.
Ci dispiace che la sua esperienza con noi sia stata negativa.
Purtroppo, può capitare che ci siano dei ritardi ma è nostra premura, ogni volta, avvisare non appena riceviamo l'informazione, proprio come abbiamo fatto anche con lei. Le è stata mandata una e-mail dove le veniva comunicata la data di spedizione che è stata poi rispettata.
Ci scusiamo nuovamente per il ritardo e restiamo a disposizione per qualsiasi informazione.

Very bad service and too much delay in shipping and after one month of hold my money they do partional refund from my order and ship the rest of the items in very bad communication

Not the best experience. Gave me a expected delivery date. Days following shipment date did not receive shipment nor any updates on my shipment. Had to email to get a status. They then replied the manufacture was on a back order. Now it is weeks after my original shipment date when they update me on new date . Fed Ex international puts my shipment on customs clearance delay as Motostorm did not give a full description of the package to them. Fed Ex has been trying to contact Motostorm to get that information but has yet replied and will ship the items back to shipper on the due date. It as now been months since i placed my order. Still nothing I advise not to order from here as you will be DISSAPOINTED!!!

La sella non corrisponde minimamente a quanto descritto, è scomodissima alta come l'originale materiali pessimi e dopo un controllo accurato l'ho trovata rotta in piu punti!!

ci dispiace che la sella non corrisponda alle sue aspettative. Le confermo comunque che le selle Isotta vengono fatte in Italia. Informeremo il produttore delle sue considerazioni riguardo l'altezza.
Naturalmente può renderla ed avere il rimborso.

Stay away - if your receiving your order from abroad. Although I paid postage to motsport I was billed another £73 from customs on top of the original purchase - a complete rip off.
Hello, as the Uk is no longer part of the European comunity you may be subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. We inform our Uk clients about this on our website and also at checkout.

I ordered a Tom Tom navigation device and recieved no acknowledgement of the order. There was no communication from the company at all, to the extent that I spoke to an italian neighbour asking her to phone the shop to confirm the order. Needless to say the phone rang out with no reply. emails would not go through to the server as it was full apparently. I thought that I may have been scammed, so I tried to stop the paypal payment and bought another unit from a known and trusted UK supplier. The Motostorm unit turned up today, so now I have 2... What a bloody waste of time. Just an email is all it takes guys...

I haven’t received my order until now. This can’t be real. Definitely a nightmare that it needs to take 2 weeks to prepare my order to get ship.

La verdad es que era la primera vez que compraba en Motos tormenta,y va ser la última.
Hice un pedido de una chaqueta hace casi dos semanas y me a llegado y no me me han dado ningún motivo del retraso . También envié un correo y no sé dignaron ni a contestarme,muy mal no volveré a comprar aquí.
