Didnt realise I had to pay import duties so made this item more expensive than just ordering from uk, maybe an unfair rating but would of been nice to know before ordering

Since Brexit the UK is no longer part of the European Union and therefore the VAT does not apply on the prices when purchasing within the EU and in Motostorm. However when the package arrives in the UK it goes through customs and they may require the recipient to pay import duties on some occasion. When this is the case, they send the bill through the transport company to the recipient. There is a reminder of this eventuality on our website under "payments" section, and also in the order confirmation sent by email after the payment has been processed successfully.

I ordered a bunch of accessories for my Tuareg 660. One part I needed I missed and there was no helpful prompt stating that it was needed for other pieces I purchased to work. Because of this I waited till everything showed up then came to this understanding. Which, living in America causes a bit more of a wait. So after realizing that I needed to order another part I made my choice and clicked order. Then to only find out after the supposed shift date they weren't in stock and I had to wait 6 weeks or get a refund. Guess I'm too loyal, all my accessories for my Tuareg have been purchased through motostorm, so I just rolled with the punches. It eventually ended up arriving 3 days earlier than the second ship date, oh well.

When purchasing a top case, the description on our website indicates the accessories you need to install it, we are sorry you have not seen it timely. So many issues with this company.

Basically it's a drop shipping site. They will look like they have stock but they don't. Its ordered after your purchase meaning the delivery date is massively wrong.

Communications with the company are poor and they don't reply when given a difficult question.

Also they state on their website about duties within the eu but don't list the countries.

I wouldnt recommend buying from them until you've got an email reply regarding your query.

I ended up waiting weeks longer and could have gotten it cheaper are duties from sportsbikeshop.co.uk

Be very careful.

Hello, we are sorry you are not happy with your experience with us. On the website it is indicated clearly when an item is in stock and when it is not - "In stock - ships within 24 hours" for what we do have available in our warehouse, while "Shipment in xx days" for what is not and we have to order from manufacturers. Your order was placed on August the 20th and before proceeding with payment we indicated shipment programmed for August the 29th - not delivery by that date. Your order was then shipped on August the 30th - one day after the expected date. As for the Custom duties, the UK has not been a part of European Union since 2020, after Brexit, so you are not going to be requested VAT in our website, but obviously you will have to pay custom charges to your Country. That is the reason we do not list the countries; those who are part of the Eropean Union know it.

Ordered the premier devil carbon 22.06 got the 22.05 and have been trying to get into contact with anyone on getting my order fixed for a week now. When I ordered the helmet the website also never updated to let me know when the helmet would be shipped.

L'articolo da Lei ordinato non era a magazzino ma indicato come spedizione in 7 giorni, perchè doveva arrivare dal marchio stesso prima. purtroppo c'è stato un ritardo nel arrivo della merce ed abbiamo spedito appena abbiamo ricevuto l'articolo. ci scusiamo per il ritardo e il disagio.
