Website is confusing and misleading, then they expect you to pay the return postage on something that you did not order.

Sulla pubblicità del prodotto era garantita consegna entro 7gg... ordine effettuato il 12/07.... consegnato il 03/08. Peccato che era un regalo di compleanno per vacanze in moto iniziate il 01/08.... al telefono anche signorina arrogante

Salve, siamo davvero molto spiacenti per l'inconveniente che le abbiamo causato. Purtroppo il casco non era immediatamente disponibile in stock ed è stato ordinato al produttore; a causa di ritardi nella consegna, abbiamo posticipato la spedizione. Stiamo lavorando per migliorare il nostro servizio e cerchiamo di fare del nostro meglio per soddisfare i nostri clienti. Ci dispiace la sua esperienza non sia stata piacevole - non è sicuramente la regola spedire con così tanto ritardo, si tratta di una spiacevole eccezione.

This will be a bad one because you chose to use UPS - the worst delivery company ever! Off course I havent got my package yet and god knows if I will.. 🤬

The price you pay can easilly exceed UK prices. Yes, they tell you UK custom charges apply, but not how much. It exceeds VAT for sure. You are also not told that 'brokerage' charges apply which are added to the custom charges.. The postage was c23 euros on what was a realatibely small pachage which again, was not declared at point of sale (only that postage applies)
And finally, your parcel gets held up until you manage to be in upon delivery with unhelpful communication from the courier. All in all, not what I expected.

Hello, We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with your purchase. But since the UK is not part of EU anymore import laws have changed. We indicate that the payment of duties can be applied - depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union - both in the confirmation email and on our website and that this can thus cause delays in delivery. Finally, we are not able to predict in any way the exact amount that a customer will be required to pay since this is imposed by the UK government. Therefore is out of our jurisdiction. Best regards,

No response UNTIL I asked for a refund, then after 2 weeks of no updates, no shipping, no response all of the sudden I get a response in a minute…. I asked for a refund based on the information above, the item had not been shipped, and no responses to my email requests as to an update what the status was, then I asked for a refund, and all the sudden they’re claiming that the item shipped that morning… all someone had to do was just let me know that there was a delay, all Summer had to do was just respond to an email with an update. All of this could’ve been avoided… Even if they end up sending the item which I have no idea if that’s actually going to happen or not the reason I would never use this company again is because they ignored my situation until I requested a refund at which point I was told that I could pay them for an item I never received, in order to receive the refund based on their “policy”… So you don’t send the item and then I have to pay a percentage to get a refund, sure that seems fair and above board… Terrible experience, your mileage may differ, but be warned.

Hello, we are sorry you are not satisfied with our service. The review is quite misleading, you placed the order on July the 18th and shipment was programmed for the 25th, as there was a slight delay with arrival of the product we shipped on the 28th with Fedex Priority and sent you a confirmation email with tracking information. We responded to the email you sent requesting information about your order on July the 27th, the next day also indicating the order was shipped. On Sunday the 30th - when the office is closed - you requested a refund as you claimed Fedex told you they did not have the package. When we responded back on Tusday the 1st in the morning - with a day of delay just the time to catch up with all the emails from the weekend - we indicated that and immediate refund was not possible as the package was already on its way to you and we also indicated that delivery was programmed for the following day - August the 2nd - as it was Priority. We also told you that you could return the package once delivered and we will then proceed with refund according to our Return Policy. As you can see following the supplied tracking link, the package arrived today and it will be delivered when we told you it would.

Je n’ai toujours pas étais livré, soit disant le livreur est passer aujourd’hui mais j’étais à la maison toute la journée et je n’ai pas eu d’appels manqué.

They failed to show the item I ordered was out of stock on their site, and after accepting the order and processessing payment. It was only after several attempts to contact them that I received a response telling me the item was backordered and delayed.

It's been almost a month since I placed my order, and I still don't have the item, but they made sure they had my money immediately. I will never order from this place again.

Hello, on our website we indicate whether or not a product is in stock. If a product is in stock we indicate shipment in 24 hours typed in green. This means that the product can be shipped within this time span. Otherwise we indicate the amount of business days that we need to order the product from our suppliers. In your case unfortunately there was a production delay, our apologies for this. As you know the product was shipped last week and will be delivered to your house today.

Dopo un mese scrivo una mail per avere informazioni a cui non ricevo risposta. Dopo qualche settimana telefono al servizio clienti, mi avvisano che l'ordine avrà altre due settimane di ritardo. Dopo due settimane telefono e mi dicono che dovrò avere pazienza perché sono in ritardo. Ordinato il 15/05 e ricevuto il 31/7.

Il prodotto ordinato era indicato come "Spedizione in 30 giorni" - lavorativi - essendo un articolo artigianale fatto su richiesta. Purtroppo la produzione dello stesso ha avuto vari ritardi e abbiamo atteso conferma del suo arrivo prima di avvisare i clienti - dunque con un po' di ritardo. Abbiamo comunicato le informazione ricevute dal produttore che purtroppo ha confermato uno slittamento dell'arrivo del prodotto causato dalla mancanza di alcuni componenti. Si tratta di una situazione del tutto eccezionale e ci scusiamo per il disagio causato.

Buongiorno, L'ordine a cui fa riferimento, è stato effettuato il 04/07 e spedito il 26/07. La spedizione era inizialmente prevista per il 12/07 ma a causa di un errore in fase d'ordine - dovuto purtroppo al produttore e di cui lei è stato informato tempestivamente - è stato spedito dopo due settimane. C'è stato effettivamente un ritardo nella spedizione da parte nostra, per cui ci scusiamo, ma sicuramente non si sono trattati di due mesi. Cordiali saluti,
