First of all, the actual product is different from the product posted photo. In the photo, a large rear spoiler of the same color as the body is installed, but in reality, a small black spoiler (the same spoiler as the normal FF805) is installed. The decisive factor in our purchase was the large size spoiler, so it is very disappointing. The product price is never cheap, so the shock is big. After the product arrived, I was disappointed, but when I was looking at the motorcycle news on the Internet, I saw the latest LS2 information that a large spoiler was scheduled to be released as an option, so now I'm going to buy it. I am looking forward to it. Actually, when it goes on sale, I would like MotoStorm to send me an optional large spoiler as a service.

Since Brexit the import rules have changed in the UK. when purchasing within the EU the price of the product will be excluding VAT, but when the package arrives on the British territory, the British customs will ask the recipient to pay the taxes in the UK. The bill is sent from customs to the recipient through the transport company. There is a reminder of this practice in the payments policy section on our website, as well as in the order confirmation sent by email when the order has been placed successfully. Kind regards

I researched some helmets and came across MT helmets, I really like the design and the only place that sell it was Motostorn. I ordered a MT helmet from motostorm last month. 2 weeks later I check on my order and saw they still didn’t process the items. So I contact them, they said they made a misteak the size isn’t there any more, so I said ok no problem, another color is fine. Waited 2 more weeks, the item wasn’t processed yet. I then requested to cancel the order and got a refund. A week later I gave motostorn another chance and ordered a different helmet Agv k6 S in a size Small. I received a email that it shipped the next day. I was very happy. The item came in 5 days. The shipping experience was much better. However, when the item came the helmet was the wrong size. I ordered size small and the helmet came in size X-small. I was not very happy with motostorm experience for my past 2 orders. I contacted them about the wrong size helmet but I have not recieved a response yet. So far the experience has not been so great.

I would just like to share my disappointment in my purchase. I ordered last June 9 and the expected delivery date is June 21 but until now I haven’t received my order. I’m already about to fly back to my country in 2 days. I didn’t take the risk of having it delivered to our hotel in Italy as we are transfering hotels every 2 days, so I had it delivered to a friend’s house in Paris. I have allotted enough time for the the delivery time but until now my order hasn’t arrived.

The shipping fee should have been included at the time of purchase, but for some reason I paid an additional ¥3000 for cash on delivery. I paid for it reluctantly, but I want the price display to be clear.

Premetto subito che l’articolo acquistato è perfetto ed il prezzo applicato beneficiando di uno sconto era sotto la media degli altri store, quindi lato economico nulla da dire. Idem sul servizio clienti che telefonicamente o via mail sono stati molto gentili nonostante il mio disappunto. Le due stelle sono legate all’attesa, 15 giorni esatti fra stacco dell’ordine e ricezione merce. Capisco che ormai tutti -o quasi- gi store online non facciano stock dei prodotti per non avere costi “morti“ in attesa delle vendite e li vadano ad ordinare a loro volta al produttore, ma se un articolo è segnato come disponibile si spera di riceverlo nell’arco di qualche giorno; non voglio osare immaginare quanto si sarebbe dilungata la cosa se avessi fatto il reso e avessi dovuto cambiare taglia… Spiace constatare che sebbene la propensione all’acquisto sia verso realtà locali, il servizio offerto dai colossi del web (e dagli shop privati che in essi operano) risulti più reattivo e dia maggior sicurezza in termini spedizioni merce.

Buon giorno ringraziamo per il positivo riscontro sul prezzo e il servizio clienti. per quanto riguarda le tempistiche, in effetti c'è stato del ritrado con l'arrivo della merce contenuta nel Suo ordine, causato da un ritardo di logistica da parte del marchio. Ci scusiamo molto per il disagio. Ricordiamo che non tutti gli articoli sul nostro sito sono disponibili in magazzino. Indichiamo a destra del prezzo se l'artticolo è a magazzino "in magazzino, spedizione in 24 ore", per gli altri articoli invece, sono indicate le tempistiche prima della spedizione.

thank you for your order ! you have ordered items indicated as shipping in 7 days on our website, but we have managed to ship earlier ! we have sent you the tracking by email on the 12th. Please check your spam if you have not found it in your inbox. The package is currently in transit, to Chile it takes average 8 days but may be delayed by customs clearance. Delivery is planned on the 22nd. Kind Regards

Although prices are competitive expect to wait an unreasonably long time for your order. Two weeks from ordering until dispatch and then a further two weeks before the items were delivered, which I find unacceptable. I’ve ordered from other companies in Italy and received my goods within less than a week in Northern Ireland. I sent several emails requesting updates and information on my order and received no response, so a definite lack of communication. In future I would prefer to pay a little extra to a more reliable and dependable company as I sincerely doubt that I will use Motostorm again.

Supostamente a encomenda era para sair dia 3 de junho e nao saiu.
Depois de mandar um email, para saber o atraso, nao me foi respondido ate hoje.
Mas a review do trustpilot e do google responderam num dia.
Depois disseram que nao demorou um més.
Eu ainda nao recebi o produto.
Se existiram atrasos, não me foram comunicados.
Foi a primeira e ultima vez.
