Buongiorno, nella descrizione del prodotto era segnalata la presenza di piccoli difetti estetici causati dal montaggio e dallo smontaggio dell'articolo su una moto, difetti che non ne compromettono l'utilizzo. Per far si che il cliente al momento dell'acquisto sia consapevole di come si presenta il prodotto, nelle foto era possibile vedere realmente la presenza di piccoli segni soprattutto in concomitanza dei due bulloni.

Siamo estremamente dispiaciuti per l'inconveniente, come le avevamo già indicato tramite mail, il sito indica giorni lavorativi e la data di spedizione indicativa li calcola in modo che si abbia più certezza. Il suo ordine è stato concluso domenica 23 Aprile e subito c’è stato il ponte del 25/04 e successivamente anche il 1° maggio e quindi le aziende hanno tardato le spedizioni in quanto erano chiuse - abbiamo spedito con una settimana di ritardo - che le avevamo comunicato per mail. Per quanto rigurada la sua richiesta di assistenza post vendita, non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna mail - se ce la rimanda possiamo procedere alla pratica di garanzia - l'indirizzo corretto è info@motostorm.it Se in futuro avesse necessità di conoscere le disponibilità dal sito indichiamo se un prodotto è immediatamente disponibile - "In magazzino - spedizione in 24 ore" - oppure quando non lo sono "Spedizione in xx giorni" in questo modo se si ha urgenza si sa già cosa è disponibile.
