The delivery performance was terrible. The jacket was finally received a month later than the promised date. Emails to them went unanswered. Phone calls resulted in polite apologies but no result.
We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience caused - the item was not in stock and it was ordered from the manufacturer and there were delays in production that caused this situation.
We tried to keep you updated based on the information we were given and I apologize if it was not enough.
We will try to do better.

Servizio assistenza clienti assente. Ho effettuato un reso, nessuno che mi ha risposto alla mail. Nessuna informazione riguardo la nuova consegna. Da due settimane sono ancora in attesa di informazioni riguardo la nuova spedizione
Buon giorno, ci dispiace per il disagio, abbiamo verificato ma non abbiamo ricevuto la sua mail. Invece il pacco è bene rientrato a noi, a secondo dei volumi di merce, la gestione del reso può essere ritardata e ci scusiamo per l'attesa.

Over 6 weeks to deliver a product

I kept keeping watch of the FedEx tracking and After 7 days and no change in the shipping progress chart.
First I tried using their "My orders" page but it is very generic and couldn't get anywhere. I finally e-mailed Motostrom about whether the item had been shipped yet or not, Vula! The next day I got an e-mail saying it was on the way. After that it took another full week to get my order.
So in conclusion, I can understand the order taking some time being from another country but they completely dropped the ball by not placing the order until I contacted them plus there generic website.
I'll never use them again nor recommend.

Hi, we are sorry you were not satisfied about our service. The product you had ordered was indicated on our website as shipping in 7 days.This is because the item was not in our stock and had been ordered at the Brand first. Therefore you order was not shipped immediately but as soon as we have received the item from the Brand. The planned shipping date is indicated in your order list when you log in to your account. This is pure coincidence that you have called the day before we shipped. The delivery took longer than planned because the package went through customs. The FedEx delivery is awful. No response, no notification in advance, no reasonable link to pay taxes and duties online. Some guy calls you and asks your credit card number. He requires to text him. Not secure and not safe

Hello, Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery.
