The mask is looks used and theres a lot of scratches and i pay a extra fee for shipment here in my country im so disappointed

Très déçu, le casque ne correspond pas à la couleur que j’ai commander!!!
J’ai commander le casque Troy lee design a1 taille xs Noir et vert fluo comme sur les photos et j’ai reçu le casque gris et jaune fluo!
Je pense qu’il y a un problème d’étiquetage sur le numéro de référence du casque?!?!!!
Comme je viens de la Suisse je ne vais pas renvoyé le casque cela me coûterait trop cher pour les frais de port.
Je suis très déçu car je voulais vraiment le noir et vert fluo.
En plus le gris et jaune fluo j’aurais pu l’acheter en Suisse et il était moins cher!

nonostante abbia telefonato per la conferma del casco omologazione 22-06 mi è stato spedito un casco con omologazione 22-05 restituito con notevole perdita di tempo.

Ci scusiamo nuovamente per l'inconveniente. Si è trattato di un errore per il quale abbiamo già chiesto scusa e rimediato con il reso e rimborso completo del suo ordine. Faremo del nostro meglio per evitare situazioni similari in futuro.

A long time before order was despatched. A simple email update every few weeks would have been appreciated. Although the price was good I think I will go the more expensive option with prompt service in future.

I purchased an Arrow Sonora Titanium Approved Slip on. I received Arrow exhaust and when I opened up the parcel was shocked to find the parcel had been already opened and the contents were a used Arrow exhaust!

The first thing I noticed was that the fitting bracket has scratch marks where it has been mounted and over-tightened against a washer. Inside the main fitting bracket, there are a lot of fine scratches where it's been fitted! I noticed there was an impact on the exhaust gasket flange and looking down the exhaust you can see the residue of exhaust gasses (black soot) and corrosion.

Tried emailing them no response! I have put this purchase in dispute with PayPal.

Their prices are dishonest, they imply that they include vat but then don't, making you pay a penalty to the shipper to receive your shipment. I would warn others not to use motostorm.it while they maintain this unsavory practice!

The UK is not a part of the EU since January 2020 and since then everytime anyone buys from the EU, they do not pay taxes to us – but they are requested to pay Custom charges – we indicate this in the website and in the confirmation email the customer receives once the order is placed for anyone that might not know this.
