The UK is not a part of the EU since January 2020 therefore our Uk clients do not pay Vat when purchasing from our store but they are requested to pay Custom charges by the uk government on delivery– we indicate this on our website and in the confirmation email the customer receives once the order is placed.

All UK users please make sure you refer to the motostorm website payment page https://www.motostorm.it/en/payments.html before you order. Otherwise, you will find that Fedex charges about 25% in addition even on zero rated items such as helmets. This is NOT made clear at the point of purchase and, should you query it, you will be given a link to this page and basically told to get lost.
Although I have always been impressed with Motostorm this time I have been mislead and it would have been less expensive to buy this helmet from Motor Legends.

Hello, we are sorry for the situation.
The UK is not a part of the EU since January 2020 therefore our Uk clients do not pay Vat when purchasing from our store but they are requested to pay Custom charges by the uk government on delivery, the bill is sent to the recipient through the transport company– we indicate this on our website and in the confirmation email the customer receives once the order is placed.
What is a zero rated item in the UK does not automatically make it so in Italy, in the UK, on any amount, customers will be required to pay custom charges.
We have answered all of your questions in the various emails you sent to us.

Up until now, i haven’t recieve my orders. Customs held my orders due to discrepancies on my receipt and declared value. It’s my first time to experience this with FedEx, i have no bad experiences with my previous orders with UPS.

Ordine effettuato con disponibilità del materiale , consegnato dopo 3 settimane ed il rischio di andare alla quarta settimana.
Salve, ci scusiamo per il ritardo con la consegna del vostro ordine. Un problema causato dal ritardo nella produzione del prodotto come già indicato dal customer service durante l'attesa.

I ordered a Givi rm1156kit (splash kit) the mounting bracket was delivered. The mudguard that attaches to the mounting bracket is missing. I am very disappointed. Who checks your out going sale items?

It was not stated upfront that I would have to pay gst as a separate payment half way through shipping. Then once I received my order it was damaged, I sent photos and email but have not received a reply :( not happy about that for over $1400 on an item
Shipping updates was frequent and did not take too long considering the distance.
If they send a non damaged part I will edit this review
However will not purchase from again until I get at least an acknowledgement/reply or replacement part

Hello, we are sorry for any inconvenien caused by the damage to your shipment. You have been contacted by customer service regarding this issue. Orders over 1000 are subject to GST taxes which is collected by your government. As you can see you were not charged these taxes by us so it is normal that you have to pay on delivery.

UPS have not delivered yet, as they want £69.43 inport VAT. Surely this cannot be right!

You guys used the same photos for the Pan Am Special and the Non Special models of your brake extension mounted on the bike . I saw you were listing it to fit the Pan America, photos showing it mounted on the same brake pedal my special has and ordered it . Did not go thru the check fitment process and find the Special is actually a different part number. Shame on me for relying on your photos and not checking more. Shame on you for being to lazy to show the part for a non special installed on a non special bike on the web site. I expected a little more from SW Motech.

Sito poco affidabile, non ordinerò mai più…
Siamo dispiaciuti che ci sono stati ritardi con la spedizione del vostro ordine. Purtroppo il ritardo era dovuto alla reperibilità della materia per la produzione. Speriamo comunque che lei e sodisfatto con il prodotto ricevuto.
