J’ai commencé un kit audio sena 10u pour casque Shoei neotec. Commande numéro 506589.
Je viens de réceptionner le colis aujourd’hui et le kit n’est pas complet, il manque la télécommande !!!!
Je suis très déçus et j’ai le sentiment de m’être fait avoir !
J’ai essayé d’envoyer un mail à la société pour savoir comment récupérer la pièce manquante….
Je vous tiendrais au courant du niveau de sav …

Bonjour, nous confirmons que la télécommande n'est pas inclue. Elle peut s'acheter à a part. Mais si vous n'etes pas satisfait vou avez bien sur droit à un retour gratuit, nous vous rembourserons l'article sans problème du moment qu'il est neuf et complet de son emballage et accessoires, tel que vous l'avez reçu de notre part. Nous vous avons envoyé un email à ce sujet la semaine dernière et nous avons déà vu votre demande de retour. Nous controllerons l'arrivée du produit et vous enverrons un email de confirmation dès que le remboursement aura étè effectué. Bien Cordialement

Not received the Sat Nav yet, thou I'm sure it will be fine. Very disappointed that free delivery doesn't hi-light the extra charges for UK at the check out.

They never provided proper shipping information to customs. Did not reply or return emails to me when I reached out to them . I spent weeks navigating details needed to get item delivered . When helmet was delivered there were additional shipping brokerage fees I had to pay on top of it all. This was the absolute worst experience I ever had on an order ever . I will never buy from Motostorm ever again .

Hello, we are sorry that you are not satisfied with our service. You were contacted on 2 different occasions by email. Check your inbox or your spam folder. The order was shipped on the same day as it was placed. Ups had problems contacting you. Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays in delivery.

there are great bike shops online motostorm is not one of them i attempted to buy bike boots from this company the painful process took 5 months and i was over £100 pound out of pocket at the end try motolegends or sporstbike shop avoid motostorm. YHBW

Very bad customer service. Very arrogant

Wrong declaration of the item I ordered as "motorcycle accessories" resulted in huge import/customs fees I have to pay.

The item I ordered should have been declared as Clothes rather than motorcycle accessories.
