They never provided proper shipping information to customs. Did not reply or return emails to me when I reached out to them . I spent weeks navigating details needed to get item delivered . When helmet was delivered there were additional shipping brokerage fees I had to pay on top of it all. This was the absolute worst experience I ever had on an order ever . I will never buy from Motostorm ever again .

Hello, we are sorry that you are not satisfied with our service. You were contacted on 2 different occasions by email. Check your inbox or your spam folder. The order was shipped on the same day as it was placed. Ups had problems contacting you. Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays in delivery.

Not on time. Almost a week delay. The product is good, as good as expected, but not the shipment.

there are great bike shops online motostorm is not one of them i attempted to buy bike boots from this company the painful process took 5 months and i was over £100 pound out of pocket at the end try motolegends or sporstbike shop avoid motostorm. YHBW

The long lead time you are refering to has nothing to do with Motostorm. The issue lies with the shipper that you have enthrusted to proceed with the return of the item to us from the UK. Nonetheless we were touched to read about this and as written to you in our mail conversation in order to find a solution to a problem for which we are not responsible, we have offered to help you. Unfortunately our proposal was not appreciated but if you change your mind please send us an email.

The delivered Pannier Holder has a completely different design than in the photos and in the instructions on the website.

Very bad customer service. Very arrogant

Wrong declaration of the item I ordered as "motorcycle accessories" resulted in huge import/customs fees I have to pay.

The item I ordered should have been declared as Clothes rather than motorcycle accessories.

Gaunerbande!! Locken mit tiefen Preisen und praktisch keine Versadspesen. Nach der Auslieferung folgt hinterher eine gesalzene Rechnung der Speditionsfirma. Auf Fragen per E-Mail wird nicht reagiert!!! Bitte Finger von dieser Firma lassen. Nicht Seriös und nur auf Abzocke aus. Null Sterne wären angebracht und sind schon zuviel.

I purchased an item in stock on 8/12/2022 but it arrived on 26/1/2023. It is not a good service to receive the goods in about two months after several emails, even though the payment was made immediately. I would like you to deal with this from the consumer's point of view. If I were in the opposite position, I would be worried. Thank you for the transaction this time.

We are sorry for the inconvenience - we do pack very carefully all our orders. It is possible that during transportation the delivery company damaged it.
