The order was shipped on the same day as it was placed. Ups had problems contacting you. Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays in delivery.

there are great bike shops online motostorm is not one of them i attempted to buy bike boots from this company the painful process took 5 months and i was over £100 pound out of pocket at the end try motolegends or sporstbike shop avoid motostorm. YHBW

The long lead time you are refering to has nothing to do with Motostorm. The issue lies with the shipper that you have enthrusted to proceed with the return of the item to us from the UK. Gaunerbande!! Locken mit tiefen Preisen und praktisch keine Versadspesen. Nach der Auslieferung folgt hinterher eine gesalzene Rechnung der Speditionsfirma. Auf Fragen per E-Mail wird nicht reagiert!!! Bitte Finger von dieser Firma lassen. Nicht Seriös und nur auf Abzocke aus. Null Sterne wären angebracht und sind schon zuviel.
