Buon giorno, abbiamo rispettato il giorno previsto di spedizione, purtroppo il corriere è stato confrontato a dei ritardi dovuto ai volumi di merce del periodo natalizio e hanno consegnato a Lei in ritardo. Ci dispiace molto per il disagio.

they didn't honor the time line, they supposed to ship in 48 hrs, after 3weeks the order was still there not even processed, i had to cancel!!, they are not to be trusted !!!

Unfortunately the shipment had to be cancelled as you informed us that you no longer needed the goods.

No communication regarding postage or tracking for my items. 2 emails sent and no reply. Purchase date stated there end 13/12/22. I purchased on the 3/12/22. Items still not received as of 18/12/22.

they sent me the wrong size
Hi, we confirm we have shipped the size you have ordered. If the size does not fit you have 30 days to return it provided that the goods are new and still with tags, accessories and packaging. We have sent you the instructions to return the goods.

Siamo molto spicenti per l'inconveniente da lei riscontrato.
Abbiamo spedito con qualche giorno di ritardo a causa del periodo e della grande quantità di merce che riceviamo in questo periodo.
Purtroppo anche il corriere ha avuto simili ritardi causati dalla gran quantità di spedizioni che stanno gestendo tra il Black Friday e Natale.
Sarà nostra premura comunicare al corriere questo disagio e cercheremo di fare più attenzione in futuro.

this is the most painful process i have ever been through to get an item, it is back and forth with emails just trying to send the receipt to UPS just so they can send my item even though i have already paid for shipping, i am worried this is a scam and i have spent $2000+ just on the helmet😡
Hello, we shipped the product on the 9th (4 days before the estimated date of shipping) and it's normal that it takes about 5 business days to arrive in Australia. If we can help you with some missing information or documents please write us an e-mail.

Ne réponde pas au mails..en revanche très bon contact par téléphone (appel facturé très cher ..en raison de l apel en Italie
