1 month delivery time without explanation is not acceptable
Hello, the thanking you for your feedback. There was a small delay with shipment due to stocking however we did inform you about that on the 4th of this month. We can see that the order has been shipped onthe 11th and recieved by you last week. We rest at your disposition.

Die Versanddauer war extrem lange und zwischendurch leider keine Verständigung bzw Entschuldigung.
Wir danken Ihnen für Ihr Feedback. Das Produkt wurde bei der Marke bestellt, aber es gab ein Produktionsproblem. Infolgedessen kam das Produkt sehr spät an. Dies hat zu einer erheblichen Verzögerung geführt. Leider wurde auch die Mitteilung zu spät gesendet und unsere E-Mail ist wahrscheinlich im Spam angekommen. Wir entschuldigen uns aufrichtig für die Unannehmlichkeiten und können Ihnen versichern, dass wir aktiv daran arbeiten, unseren Service und unsere Kundenzufriedenheit zu verbessern.

Wouldnt order fm motostorm again.
1) not recd my order yet since much over a month now.
2) second order which I done I cancelled and took a refund.
They don’t want to help a client by understanding fm his view point at all…
I wasted a lot of my time, energy, money very thr orders and constant follow-ups and keeping my fingers crossed that I receive my order soon. I hv stopped contacting them bcoz it makes no sense to …

i ordered this item in the belief i would receive it on the 27th of September but it is only estimated to be delivered today over 2 weeks later than promised. the expected delivery date is a major factor in making the decision to buy from a particular site. No desire to use your site again.

Ci dispiace molto per il disagio, abbiamo subito organizzato il ritiro gratuito della merce sbagliata e corretto il nostro sito. Confermiamo che è stato rimborsato integralmente. Ci scusiamo per l'incoveniente.

Servizio pessimo. Merce indicata come disponibile sul loro sito, parrebbe che sia stata spedita dopo 25 giorni dall'ordine. Corriere ancora più cialtrone di loro, non effettua la consegna che quotidianamente indica come imminente.
Salve, ci scusiamo per il ritardo con la vostra spedizone. Purtroppo un articolo non era prensente a magazzino, lo abbiamo ordinato da produttore. Don't buy if you're in the UK. I received a tax import duty (not knowing it was being shipped for what I would consider a very expensive price already. £53 tax is unbelievable for a £200 product.

In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. Dont forget that you did pay tax when purchasing from us. It is normal that your government asks you to pay taxes and duties when the parcel arrives to your country.
