Hello, we are very sorry that you are not satisfied with your purchase. Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. As the Uk is no longer part of the European community you do not pay Vat when purchasing form Motostorm. However you willbe charged customs duties when the parcel arrives to the Uk. We state t his one our website and also on the confirmation email that you receive after you place the order.

Il casco è arrivato ben imballato ma senza nessun adesivo/sigillo che ne comprovasse il non uso. Il casco internamente è stato usato o dato in prova dato che non c'è modo che le coperture interne stiano al loro posto. Forse è usato o è un articolo da dimostrazione fatto stà che non comprerò ma più altro dal Vs sito. Inqualificabile!
Siamo spiacenti non sia stato soddisfatto del suo acquisto.
Il casco da lei ricevuto non è mai stato venduto prima, non era in esposizione e il marchio del casco da lei acquistato - e nessun marchio in generale - usa sigilli sulle proprie scatole in quanto poco pratico in caso di necessità di aggiunta di accessori o altro.
Gli interni sono removibili e se non correttamente indossato possono staccarsi - non è assolutamente indice di uso o prova.
Se non è soddisfatto del prodotto ha la possibilità di renderlo gratuitamente entro 30 giorni dal momento della ricezione per rimborso.

Aún sigo esperando mi pedido realizado en 30 de julio. Hoy es 29 de agosto. Pésimo servicio. Pone en su pagina de internet entrega maxima 8 dias. Muy descontento.

Lamento mucho el retrazo en la entrega.
Su pedido lamentablemente fue retrazado por la pausa de verano de Falco - y se lo enviamos el 24 de Agosto - segun el tracking se lo entregaron el 30 de agosto.

I purchased an XL size helmet and received a helmet the barely fits my wife who wears a Small. I have a 59cm head circumference, so according to MotoStroms description, the helmet I was purchasing should have been on the big side. I live in the US, so it will cost me $150 to ship back, after already spending $30 to get here. I’m disappointed that the helmet was mid labeled. Will never by from this site again. Big waste of money

Hello, In the event that the size of the purchased product does not match the expectations you can return the item(s).
Within 30 days of receipt of goods you must login to your order list and fill out the return form. All return shipping charges are your responsibility. You will get your refund with the same payment method used for your order in about 1-2 weeks from reception. You can also use the postal service for your return, it is less expensive.

Communication is an issue with these people. It was very difficult to get a straight answer and took many emails before getting a still unclear answer. Shipping was SLOW. And it wasn't because of logistics. I'm pretty sure that they didn't even order it from the factory until I emailed 2 weeks after I ordered and paid for it. It then took another week to get to them then 3 more weeks to get to me once shipped from them. Will NOT be ordering from these people again.

Avevo chiesto il casco con colorazione bianca e non nera come da documento d'acquisto...e da bolla come potrete verificare..ma alla fine è bello lo stesso anche se per correttezza avreste dovuto avvisarmi.. però ripeto va bene così...
Salve, chiediamo scusa per l'inconveniente.
Potrebbe mandarci una mail con le foto del prodotto ricevuto così da verificare l'errore?

The order was shipped earlier than indicated and it contained exactly what you ordered.
We explained numerous times that the order was shipped correctly based on what you ordered and that the items were sold individually and not as kits - you plainly ignored all our attempts to explain what happened and insulted our Customer care operator.
We answered all your emails since the beginning and were always respectful in trying to explain the situation.
We are sorry you are still not satisfied with the purchase.

The order indicated Shipment in 24 hours and it was shipped in the indicated time - then 3/5 days are required for the package to be delivered at your door.
According to the tracking it was already delivered.

Ci scusiamo si il ritardo vi ha causato qualche inconveniente. Vedo che nel fratempo abbiamo spedito e la merce vi e stato consegnata.
