Il servizio peggiore mai ricevuto per un acquisto online. Ho fatto l’ordine a inizio ottobre con arrivo previsto due settimane dopo. Nonostante le mie continue sollecitazioni, i tempi di consegna si sono protratti per mesi e ho ricevuto l’ordine solo a marzo, e senza mai essere avvisato. Uno sconto sarebbe stato il minimo che potevano fare come risarcimento, e invece no. Mai più.

Ci dispiace molto per il problema nella gestione del suo ordine. C'è stato un ritardo sifgnificante nel arrivo della merce di cui l'abbiamo avvisato quando abbiamo avuto conferma dal produttore, proponendole anche il rimborso per non farle aspettare più a lungo. Purtroppo la data è stata spostata continuamente per via di una difficoltà nell'approviggionamento di questo prodotto in particolare. Ci scusiamo per il disagio causato.

I have ordered the Gaucho apron R118x for my RT 1200 R which i verified is 'compatible'.
The metal cable to be attached around the hot motor is few centimeters short. The straps will get burnt.
I need a longer metal cable. Could you help with this please?

So far FedEx Were unable to deliver m'y ordre.
The did'nt come at the scheduled Day, and I did'nt succed in joined them to get à New delivery

Bad customer experience: The zipper of the received Rukka Kim shirt was not sewed in properly and Motostorm was not able to replace the shirt in the same size. I had to get the zipper replaced at a local tailor and wrongly assumed Motostrom takes the costs...

Hi, we apologize for the shirt being defective. To your initial request for free return with refund, we proposed to have the shirt sent for repair at the brand itself, as it could not be restocked in a short period of time. This option would have enabled you to keep the shirt and the warranty applied on it. We are sorry none of the options were satisfactory. Kind regards

The product photo seems it is made of textured leather but actually it is smooth leather.
Be ware if you want the textured one.
Still the boots is perfect for even formal situation.

Transparent pricing for overseas purchasers would improve my mode. I know they say they signal UK taxes in their small print but their google ads show a £GBP price and doesn’t mention that VAT plus Duty will be advised AFTER you’ve made your purchase. “Nothing to do with us” is their attitude. The Japanese helmet is good - but the, that has nothing to do with Motostorm. Purchase your choices from a UK retailer… it’ll save you money and Ill feelings towards Italians.

Hello, we are very sorry that you are not satisfied with your purchase. Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. As the Uk is no longer part of the European community you do not pay Vat when purchasing form Motostorm. However you willbe charged customs duties when the parcel arrives to the Uk. We state t his one our website and also on the confirmation email that you receive after you place the order.

Great service from the supplier but why why do you use UPS.
Got my duty invoice, paid it online and still the UPS app says it still needs paying, so the driver can’t deliver. Called them and they hung up the phone and gave me no guarantee of delivery or option to have it delivered to a neighbour or safe place.

UPS are going to ruin your companies reputation with such utterly disgraceful service

I’ve ordered a couple times from this site. This last order was a nightmare. Had to wait two months to get my one Rizoma side mirror adapter. When emailing to follow up I would receive no reply. Would have to email multiple times. Just really dissatisfied with the last order.
