I received my bags within 2 weeks of ordering . Quality is great , however the right side bag mount is incorrect. I have emailed with photos and part numbers of the incorrect side as well as the correct side. I believe the wrong bar was placed in the package . I am waiting for a response once that is done to my satisfaction you will receive your other 3 stars . Currently I cannot use the bags due to fitment issues

Hello, our return policy clearly states that in the event that the size of the purchased product does not match the expectations you can return the item(s).
Within 30 days of receipt of goods you must login to your order list and fill out the return form. All return shipping charges are your responsibility. You can then place another order. Products must be returned unused and with all the original packaging to receive your refund. We will deduct any associated fees and shipping costs from your refund. You will get your refund with the same payment method used for your order in about 1-2 weeks from reception.

先週はジャケットとパンツが届きました。
ジャケットのサイズはぴったりで良かったです。
残念ながらパンツは、そもそも違う物で、しかもMサイズですが、
サイズチャーットの書かれてるサイズよりかなり小さいです。
写真と同じ物に変更をお願い致します。

Your shipping company is very bad, and this is what prevents me from dealing with you in the future. I requested that my product be delivered to the post office, but the company refuses to deliver it to the postal address.
Hello, thanking you for your feedback. Our apologies. The shipper does not deliver to postal offices for security reasons. It is most important that the goods are delicvered directly to the reciever. If you are still interested in a futher purchases with Motostorm just ask for a different shipper in the notes section at checkout.

Non ho ricevuto il pacco
Ci dispiace per i problemi alla consegna. Il pacco è stato spedito entro le 24 ore lavorative del ordine ma poi il corriere ha avuto dei ritardi operativi. Risulta consegnato il 23/09. se ha qualche problema non esiti a contattarci sulla posta elettronica info@motostorm.it o pure via telefono 0541857848. ci scusiamo in ogni caso per il disagio causato dalla tarda consegna.

J'ai payé ma commande.
Sur suivi ok jusqu'à aujourd'hui!!!!!!
sois disant livré à 8h30 alors que ma femme et moi étions présent tous les deux et encore à ce moment même!!!!
Et le colis serait livré j'ai appelé GLS!!!! Ils m'ont dis de demander au voisin, ce que j'ai fait et aucuns voisins à 50 mètres de la maison l'a reçu!!!!!!!
Payer un article 208.80 euros et ne rien recevoir c'est purement et simplement nul à chier!!!!!!!!
Désolé pour la vulgarité mais à un moment ras le bol de ces baises couyons!!!!!!
Merci de me faire parvenir sans délai ma commande pour laquelle j'ai ,payé 208.80 euros, sinon je serai dans l'obligation de remonter l'affaire aux consommateurs et faire appel à un conseil afin de faire valoir ce que de droit!!!!!!!!!

Bonjour, nous sommes désolès pour le problème rencontré à la livraison. The delivery date was delayed by more than a month, and when I thought it had been delivered, I received a notice that the delivery had been cancelled, and it still hasn't arrived. When I sent an email to motostorm, it took a month for them to reply.I'm worried about whether the product will arrive.
