El pedido se retrasó más de 1 mes y no obtuve respuesta hasta el tercer mail amenazando con denunciar. No recomendable.

Ci dispiace molto per il ritardo. Il prodotto era indicato sul sito come spedizione in 7 giorni ma per via di ritardi con i corrieri abbiamo potuto spedire solo il 20. Speriamo tuttavia che sia soddisfato del prodotto. Ci scusiamo per il disagio causato. Cordiali Saluti

Buon giorno, ci dispiace molto per il ritardo nel spedire Suo ordine. Abbiamo in effetti subito dei ritardi eccezionali dovuto a dei ritardi di arrivo di merce. Il problema è adesso risolto. Ci scusiamo per il disagio causato.

I made my order from Mexico and I did the accounts so that I had to buy several poezas so that it was worth the payment of the shipment. At the end of the things I ordered, they did not have more than one, even though I waited more than a month. well… they sent me the order and made a refund for the parts they didn't have. Unfortunately for me they sent a single piece with the paking list of the complete order and I paid the taxes as if the complete order had arrived. (at least double) so I lost paying the shipping for a single package and lost paying again due to his mistake by not removing the pieces that they did not have from the packing list. in addition to the unsuccessful wait for the pieces that were to arrive. All in all a terrible and expensive experience!!!

Nearly 1 month from the day I got my order confirmation email to the day I received a tracking number. Order not received yet. Sent an email to complain and the reply was basically, sorry about your luck, it was the Christmas season.

Lamento el retrazo, el sitio no indicaba "En stock" indicaba "Envio en xx dìas", esto significa que el producto no esta disponible y tiene que ser ordenado. El pedido fue finalizado durante las vacaciones de Navidad cuando las marcas estan cerradas y no envian, sin embargo enviamos el pedido el primer dìa que abrieron todos. Tratamos de ser lo mas claro posible sobre la disponibilidad de los productos, ya que entendemos que la gente puede tener urgencias.

My order was placed 21 December and dispatch was supposed to be 31 December. It was not sent until 12 January after I had emailed threatening to cancel the order. Terrible service. Will not use again.

It was indicated on our website, that it would take 9 days before we can ship it. the reason is because we order this particular product first at the Headquarters of the Brand that produces it. However during this period of the year, they had closed for Christmas and New Year, for this reason the shipping date to you has been postponed to january 12th, that is the same day as we have received the helmet from them. Looks like knock off version of an O’Neal helmet. The wrap job on mine isn’t very good at all. It has little air bubbles and chipped spots on it. Pretty disappointed in it really. The size chart also is not what it is. This helmet runs smaller then what the helmet posted for.
