As for custom charges we give the information to our customers both in the website before any type of order is placed and also after an order has been finalized in the confirmation email they receive - we let our customers know that if they are outise od the European Union then the delivery might be subjected to customs fees and unfortunately we cannot interfere as those do not depend on us.

El producto no se correspondía con la descripción en la web. He devuelto el producto y estoy a la espera de recibir el producto correcto.

Devo dire che mi sono sentito preso in giro, ho effettuato un acquisto x una calotta interna del mio x spirit... Vedendo la foto dell'annuncio e essendo la prima volta che eseguivo un ordine del genere mi sono fidato della foto del sito che comparata con la calotta in mio possesso sembrava essere quella corretta. Ho chiuso l'ordine e aspettato.. Il pacco è arrivato puntuale ma la calotta non era quella della foto... Allora ho chiamato telefonicamente e mi è stato detto che avevo sbagliato di ordinare di mandare una mail x vedere se il reso era ritirabile e che si sarebbero informati se la calotta del mio casco fosse ancora in vendita, ma alle mail inviate non ho avuto più risposta... In ogni caso penso che le foto devono essere quelle corrette che ti fanno vedere il prodotto indicato e non foto messe li a caso che poi fuorviano gli acquirenti... Per cui attenzione a quello che comprate da questo sito!!
Buongiorno Michele, mi dispiace per l'inconveniente. Può succedere di acquistare un prodotto non compatibile, magari perchè si tratta di una versione più aggiornata. Per questo motivo offriamo il reso gratuito. Purtroppo non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna mail da parte sua, per cui rimaniamo a sua disposizione.

El pedido se retrasó más de 1 mes y no obtuve respuesta hasta el tercer mail amenazando con denunciar. No recomendable.
Nos disculpamos por la demora en contestarle, lamentablemente estamos retrazados ya que el team no esta completo, cosiderando la pandemia mundial.
Estamos tratando de hacer lo mejor que podemos, y estaremos mucho mas atentos a contestar tempestivamente.

Troppo lento.... acquistato il 9 gennaio, arrivato il 22.....
Ci dispiace molto per il ritardo. Il prodotto era indicato sul sito come spedizione in 7 giorni ma per via di ritardi con i corrieri abbiamo potuto spedire solo il 20. Speriamo tuttavia che sia soddisfato del prodotto. Ci scusiamo per il disagio causato. Cordiali Saluti

Ritardo eccessivo nell’evasione dell’ordine
Buon giorno, ci dispiace molto per il ritardo nel spedire Suo ordine. Abbiamo in effetti subito dei ritardi eccezionali dovuto a dei ritardi di arrivo di merce. Il problema è adesso risolto. Ci scusiamo per il disagio causato.

I made my order from Mexico and I did the accounts so that I had to buy several poezas so that it was worth the payment of the shipment. At the end of the things I ordered, they did not have more than one, even though I waited more than a month. well… they sent me the order and made a refund for the parts they didn't have. Unfortunately for me they sent a single piece with the paking list of the complete order and I paid the taxes as if the complete order had arrived. (at least double) so I lost paying the shipping for a single package and lost paying again due to his mistake by not removing the pieces that they did not have from the packing list. in addition to the unsuccessful wait for the pieces that were to arrive. All in all a terrible and expensive experience!!!

Nearly 1 month from the day I got my order confirmation email to the day I received a tracking number. Order not received yet. Sent an email to complain and the reply was basically, sorry about your luck, it was the Christmas season.

El pedido tardó mucho más de lo previsto. Ponía en stock pero no tenían existencias.
Lamento el retrazo, el sitio no indicaba "En stock" indicaba "Envio en xx dìas", esto significa que el producto no esta disponible y tiene que ser ordenado.
El pedido fue finalizado durante las vacaciones de Navidad cuando las marcas estan cerradas y no envian, sin embargo enviamos el pedido el primer dìa que abrieron todos.
Tratamos de ser lo mas claro posible sobre la disponibilidad de los productos, ya que entendemos que la gente puede tener urgencias.
