Buon giorno, ci dispiace che il prodotto ricevuto non era compatibile. Come concordato al telefono, per questa volta ha saputo risolvere da solo, ma se dovesse capitare altri problemi in futuro non esitare a conttatarci, siamo sempre disponibili per aiutare a risolvere gli eventuali difficoltà con i prodotti ricevuti e provvedere ad un eventuale cambio dal momento che la merce non è stata usata ed è integra. Motostorm antwortet nicht auf E-Mail Anfragen und liefert das bestellte Produkt mit Kratzspuren und schlecht verpackt. Ich werde nie wieder dort kaufen!
Guten Abend, wir haben Ihre beiden E-Mails noch am selben Tag beantwortet, aber leider ist die Firma über die Weihnachtsfeiertage geschlossen und Ihre Bestellung hat sich verzögert. Ich entschuldige mich für die Unannehmlichkeiten.

Don't bother using Motostorm. I ordered a helmet and they shipped it via FedEx. The helmet has been sitting at FedEx Lonate Pozzolo, IT for the last 9 days. I am sorry I ordered the helmet from motostorm.

Cher Monsieur, nous sommes désolès pour le retard dans l'arrivée de votre produit. Nous vous avons cependant informé règulièrement par email et maintenu la commande suite à votre confirmation de bien vouloir patienter. Nous nous excusons pour tout inconvénient causé par les longs délais.

My Givi top case is still sitting at the airport in Italy in the Fedex facility with no idea when it will ship. You need to use UPS. I have several orders that have unfortunately been sent Fedex from multiple places and all are screwed up. Everything that has been shipped UPS has been delivered on time or is coming on schedule.
