Don't bother using Motostorm. I ordered a helmet and they shipped it via FedEx. The helmet has been sitting at FedEx Lonate Pozzolo, IT for the last 9 days. I am sorry I ordered the helmet from motostorm.

We are very sorry about this inconvenience. Your order was shipped aftyer 2 days from registration. Unfortunately Fedex are having delays due to a backlog caused by the Christmas period. They have assured me that this problem will be resolved in the next few days.

motostormには返金対応か不良品交換をしてほしい。どちらかができない場合、2度おとmotostormは利用しない。

My Givi top case is still sitting at the airport in Italy in the Fedex facility with no idea when it will ship. You need to use UPS. I have several orders that have unfortunately been sent Fedex from multiple places and all are screwed up. Everything that has been shipped UPS has been delivered on time or is coming on schedule. First time ordering from this site.
Stay away,took some time to dispatch the item I purchased and the item is showing delay in transit by the courier with no estimated delivery date very disappointing

Delusissimo. Ho ordinato un paraleva freno e ne è stato spedito un altro in sostituzione di valore molto inferiore allo stesso prezzo di quello ordinato e senza chiedere alcuna autorizzazione. È stato incluso a pagamento anche un accessorio che invece era esplicitamente indicato come omaggio. Profondamente deluso.

Buongiorno, ci dispiace per il malinteso che si è creato, per cui abbiamo fatto rientrare la spedizione ed effettuato un rimborso completo. Faremo del nostro meglio in futuro.

Negativa. Fatto ordine il 10/11/2021 con consegna stimata per il16/11/2021. Consegnato il 04/12/2021 .. quasi un mese mi sembra un po’ troppo!..

Ci dispiace molto per le lunghe tempistiche, c'è stato un problema di approvigionamento per questo prodotto, che è arrivato molto più tardi del previsto. Ci scusiamo tanto per il disagio causato da questo ritardo.
