I ordered a high-tech mirror which were advertised as standard 10mm. Received 3 adapters with it. 2 of them did not work. How did they expect to send me one adapter and fit 2 mirrors with it?

Ho acquistato un casco che doveva essere spedito in 7/8 giorni invece il produttore lo avrebbe inviato a Motostorm dopo circa 20 giorni. Passati i 20 giorni e non ricevendo notizie contatto Motostorm che mi dice che il produttore gli invierà il casco con ulteriore ritardo di 30 giorni.
Al che mi hanno proposto delle alternative che avevano disponibili e mi hanno inviato rapidamente.
Il problema è che se il prodotto non è disponibile e ci vuole tempo per averlo basta dirlo inutile tirarla alle lunghe. Spero che il mio sia stato un caso isolato.

Dopo aver ordinato gli articoli sul sito, dove risultavano disponibili in stock, venivo informato che uno degli articoli non era disponibile e mi veniva inviato solo un parziale del mio ordine, il colmo è che l'articolo da me non ricevuto risultava sul sito regolarmente a magazzino.

Negativo. Ho acquistato un prodotto e mi è stato spedito dopo 20 giorni dal pagamento dopo aver scritto diverse mail di sollecito. Non acquisterò più nulla qui.

I am rating motostorm.it as very bad because of my recent experience with the online retailer. I needed to return the TCX Street Ace Waterproof shoes because they were too small. I originally purchased a different pair, the TCX X-Wave Waterproof shoes in Size 43, to replace the exact same shoe / size I already own. Your website said they we're in stock so I purchased them.

After purchasing I was told they did not have size 43 in stock and wouldn't be able to get them. I then changed my purchase to the TCX Street Ace Waterproof size 43 shoe. Upon receiving the shoe, I found them to be too small even though they are the same size as my last pair from the same company (not the same style though). I now have to return them.

The shoes cost € 98 and I've now spent € 78 on shipping (original and return shipping) and still don't have anything to show for it. Had I been able to receive the original shoes in the size I know fit, which you said was in stock at time of purchase, I would be satisfied. I'm disappointed with your quality of customer service and not offering to pay for the return shipping and/or original shipping given you said you had shoes you did not have.

Adding insult to injury, the customer service representative asked if I would "Please state shipping value of goods at 50$ as we want to avoid paying high customs charges when the boots arrive back to us." Not only is this illegal, I am amazed they would ask me to help them save money when they have not done anything to help me save money.

Based on my current experience I highly do not recommend motostorm.it and will not be purchasing from them in the future.

Ordinato giacca estiva 6XL con protezioni, risultata presente a magazzino e immediatamente prelevato prezzo dalla carta di credito.
Arrivata non conforme all'ordine, cioè 5XL.
Chiesto sostituzione, restituendo il capo non idoneo.
Modello richiesto non disponibile, per riavere i soldi devo attendere 14 giorni........

negativo perchè ordinato un articolo, non si sono neanche degnati di avvisarmi che l'articolo ordinato era esaurito e fuori produzione, io ho chiesto chiarimenti dopo 15 giorni che aspettavo l'articolo. poi cambiato articolo in due giorni è arrivato. ma una e-mail si poteva mandare per avvisarmi....

Mancanza di comunicazione disponibilità e/o tempi di approvvigionamento/consegna.

Prodotto (casco) ordinato in data 19 giugno, il sito dava una tempistica di 7-8gg.
Ricezione della merce dopo circa 3 settimane, senza la minima comunicazione da parte del sito.
Ogni volta che chiedevo novità circa lo stato di avanzamento del mio ordine, mi si rimandava di settimana in settimana, e comunque sempre e solo dietro mia richiesta.
Loro non vi comunicano nulla!!
