Tout s'est très bien déroulé. Mon conseiller a été très disponible, aimable et adaptable. Il a su négocier pour moi , tant le prix que le délai d'envoi. Impeccable. Juste un bémol: les photos du site ne sont pas aussi fidèles que prévu par rapport à l'oeuvre originale. Des photos haute definition seraient bienvenues pour apprécier l'oeuvre jusque dans ses moindres détails (grain, matière). ¨Par ailleurs les oeuvres mises en scène dans des intérieurs fictifs ne reprennent pas les dimensions réelles.

There was misinformation given re the location of the artwork. It was initially stated it was in France and that in addition to the delivery cost a customs charge may also have to be paid.. After questioning how much this would be it was then stated it was located in the UK !!. Very confusing and not very professional. Also the notification of the delivery time/date came through via e - mail AFTER the piece had been delivered. Fortunately someone was at home to receive the package. The packaging was excellent and the piece arrived safely but the overall process from initial discussion to final delivery was not what I would have expected.

After a discount agreed we made also sure the artwork was in the UK so there were no custom fees to be paid. The artist organized the door-to-door delivery as soon as the order was placed for you to receive it shortly.
