Salve, ci scusiamo per l'inconveniente. Controllando il tracking della vostra spedizione che e stato spedito entro la previsone costatiamo che la spedizione e stato consegnato. Restiamo a disposizione.

Un delirio. Personale che parla di taglie che non esistono, errori nell'ordine telefonico. Non rispondono al telefono. Pessimo
Ci dispiace molto che non sia stato soddisfato del nostro servizio. le nostre linee telefoniche sono disponibile dal lunedi al venerdi dalle 9.00 alle 19.30 in continuato, purtroppo essendo in alta stagione ci sono molte chiamate e probabilmente ha chiamato quando tutte le linee erano occupate. Abbiamo anche un conttato online tramite il sito dove raggiungerci. Ma siamo lieti che siamo riusciti a parlare telefonicamente, ed abbiamo potuto riservare la taglia che cercava per potere effettuare il cambio taglia che desiderava fare. Siamo sempre disponibili per aiutare i nostri clienti nel limite del possibile.

I received the wrong product, customer service didn’t answer anymore to manage the replacement, terrible service
we are very sorry for the inconvenience, we did reply immediately to your claim with the instructions for the return, but due to a bug now solved, we could not see your new comunication about difficulties with the return process. we have now sent you a separate email with the return tickets and instructions. we will deal with your return with the outmost priority.

12 days to process an order is too slow. Still waiting for my product. Expected delivery puts it at 19 days which is far too long. 48hrs is usually how long for an order to be processed should be

Impossibile un’opinione su un prodotto mai pervenuto. Consiglio di non affidare più le spedizioni alla GLS. Ho avuto notizia di Reso accettato 678105, senza aver mai ricevuto nulla e senza essere stato nemmeno contattato al cell come da indicazioni fornite alla centralinista Motostorm.
Ci dispiace molto per il disguido con il corriere. Il pacco in contrassegno è rientrato a noi. Se lo desiderà possiamo spedire nuovamente le scarpe che sono tutt'ora a magazzino. qualora volesse nuovamente affidarsi a noi in futuro per un ordine, potrà indicare nelle note prima del checkout di non usare un particolare corriere e vedremo di rispettare questa scelta. Ci scusiamo per il disagio.
