This was the first time that the delivery date was delayed.
If there was a delay in the product, I would have liked to be contacted before contacting you.

Hello, we are sorry for the delay. As the item was not in stock we ordered it from the manufacturer - there were delays in delivery and we shipped with a 5 day delay. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused, if the customer has urgency, we indicate which items are in stock and which are not and we can always be contacted to request further information both via mail and phone call.

Unfortunately, I did not receive this item I ordered yet, there has been a delay in custom clearance for a helmet!. I spent hours trying to navigate FedEx and US customs, and they kept telling me that they need documents and information from the shipper, this has not been resolved yet
I did contact motostorm to send the required document so I can receive the shipment no response yet.

Hello, we are very sorry for the delay with delivery. The order was shipped on schedule. Sometimes there can be delays due to customs clearance. We ahve sent all information to Fedex for delivery. We advise you to contact them on your side and also provide the reacking number to speed up delivery.

The Givi AF300 Vario Screen that I have received has a manufacturing defect. It looks like a cracking or scratch at the top of the screen, right in my field of vision.

Unfortunately being from Australia, with Motostorm's return policy it is not cost efficient to return the product.

If a product is defective, Motostorm should cover the cost of the return and/or send a replacement at no cost to the customer.

I had the same experience with Unit Garage crash bars that was received damaged on a previous order.

It will make me reconsider purchasing from Motostorm again in the future.

sorry for the review but the courier you use are appalling, don't turn up when they say they will, when they finally turned up said they couldn't get a payment, they didn't even knock as i was waiting with cash/card , so still haven't received my goods, when they turn up again or if they turn up again hopefully i receive my goods,

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the delivery company. It is not the company's fault - sometimes drivers can be unrealiable and create a bad experience for the customers. We will notify the delivery company hoping they can solve the problem.

Fatto ordine il 27 dicembre 2023, merce arrivata il 27 febbraio 2024. Due mesi mi sembrano un po' troppi per una consegna ! Considerando che ho pagato in anticipo! Bisognerebbe migliorare molto questo aspetto

You have been sent all information about you shipment by email. We also indicate on our website that customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. We cannot be held responsibile for taxes or duties that you have been charged to you by your resident country.

Nearly 3 weeks for an item to arrive when its in stock and was expected within 6 days of placing the order. Having to pay an extra £49 import duty and lack of delivery information from the courier is poor to say the least. Would not recommend to UK customers.

Hello, we are sorry you are not completely satisfied with the experience at Motostorm. When the order was placed on February the 5th the website indicated shipment as programmed for the 13th, considering only business days. We shipped exactly on February the 13th, therefore within the indicated ETA. As for Custom charges, the UK has been out of the EU for four years now, and since the beginning you hadn't had to pay VAT any longer but you are requested Custom charges upon delivery of the package when ordering from a country within the European Union. Still, for those who still do not know this, the website indicates in the cart once the destination Country is selected: "Customers outside of the EU may subject to customs duties on delivery depending on the International Agreement between your country and the European Union. In this case the carrier will require that you pay the duty costs on delivery. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays in delivery."

Semplicemente patetico. Due giorni dopo aver effettuato l'ordine, il prezzo scende a causa di un buono sconto per San Valentino. Chiedo un rimborso parziale per non restituire l'intero ordine, generando più spese di spedizione e reso (per me sarebbe gratuito) e me lo negano. Sfortunatamente, restituirò l'intero ordine e lo ordinerò di nuovo per salvare ciò che posso.

Salve, ci dispiace non sia soddisfatto della sua esperienza con Motostorm. La promo per San Valentino è stata attivata il giorno in cui il suo ordine è stato spedito e dunque non abbiamo accettato la richiesta di rimborso parziale in quanto i nostri tempi per la spedizione sono stati rispettati e la promo non era valida quando il suo ordine è stato concluso. Al momento non ne abbiamo di promo in corso, se vorrà rifare l'ordine il prezzo dei prodotti è quello che trova online.

La entrega del pedido estaba prevista en 15 días y ha tardado 2 meses en llegarme. Por parte de Motosotrm no he tenido ninguna información al respecto. Tuve que contactar con atención al cliente y se limitaron a decirme que tenía retraso.

Acquisto selle x BMW consegna ottima ma prodotto consegnato con difetti di aggancio. Contattati davano responsabilità al produttore, consigliandomi di rivolgermi ad uno specialista per il montaggio( ..a mie spese..). Non è che agganciare e sganciare una sella sia un'operazione riservata a specialisti.. Alla fine il prodotto presentava bave di stampaggio che impedivano l'aggancio, ma mi sono arrangiato . Nessuna scusa, nessuna proposta di soluzione, solo vaghe proposte di contattare il produttore... poi il nulla. Due stelle perchè comunque la spedizione è stata ok e il prodotto pure, mancante l'assistenza e la disponibilità a risolvere un problema..

Siamo molto spiacenti non abbia trovato soddisfacente il servizio. Nella prima mail lei lamentava il fatto che il prodotto agganciasse in una sola delle due posizione in cui la sella si può bloccare. Le abbiamo chiesto delle foto per poter contattare il produttore - in quanto dobbiamo obbligatoriamente confrontarci con loro per richieste tecniche - e le abbiamo detto che per il montaggio di parti specifiche è necessario l'intervento di personale qualificato. Non solamente per selle, anche per telai, scarichi, specchi e tutte quelle parti che richiedono un montaggio specifico - e che sono ovviamente a carico di chi compra il prodotto - è chiaro che non ci si possa aspettare che Motostorm sia responsabile per i costi di montaggio di parti di ricambio per la moto dei clienti. Il fatto di essere proprietari di varie moto - anche se dello stesso marchio - non rende tecnici o personale qualificato chi le possiede. Teniamo a sottolineare anche il fatto che il problema è stato risolto da chi aveva le competenze per poter installare il prodotto.
